Nike unveils the new 2011/12 Aston Villa Home Kit

Nike releases the new 2011/12 Aston Villa Home kit. The new kits are a classy design with square patterns inspired by the chequered flag of the club. The light blue crew neck collar and sleeves give the shirt a classic look. Nice kit although many people are fussing about the sponsor. Get used to it folks, this is just the beginning. I am a fan. The Nike locker room and carpet however, need some work.
The words “Pride of Birmingham” can be found inside of the shirt on the back of the club crest. Nike produced the kits with ground-breaking recycled polyester and 13 recycled plastic bottles that for the first time is found in both the shirt and the shorts. On sale tomorrow, July 23rd.
