Bwin Review

I registered with bwin 7 days ago, on 5 May and after a £20 qualifying bet, asked for the £20 free bet offered when I joined. I wrote to ask for it to be put on my account and received an incorrect email saying it was not due. I have now sent 5 emails in the last 7 days and received no reply whatsoever. Many other online companies even have a live question and answer facility. I doubt if bwin is a scam or they intend to be inefficient otherwise they would have ceased trading and not receive this site's excellent company review, however their customer service is non existent. Can anyonyone suggest what I should try next Mike W

So i made a depost of 10 euro and they give me 5 euro casino bonus. After that i made some winnings up to €450 euro. Then i want to make a withdrawal and they told i would take up to 3 business days because they were doing internal checks??? Now one week later still no reaction, but my account is still open and i have no funds or whatever on it. Poor poor poooor costumer service. I'v send about 50 e-mails but still they are not responding. ONE ADVICE: DONT DEPOSIT ON THIS BOOKMAKER, IT'S A SCAM!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IF YOU WIN THEY WON'T PAY OUT SO PEOPLE BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had my first bets with bwin in July, registration and depositing was simple, the bets didn't win, no problem. Then this month I had another bet and it won. I login monday morning and am greeted with 'Account Closed'. I email then and about 4 hours late they get back saying I need to send off a picture of my passport, a utility bill and both sides of the card I deposited the money with. I'm not getting a bloody mortgage!!! Anyway, I oblige pointing out I am far from comfortable sending off my card details in this form. That was tuesday, it's no thursday and I've heard zero back from them. Here's the thing, you have to be over 18 to PLACE A BET, not CLAIM WINNINGS! I am infact 26, but if I was 11 and depositing with my first debit card, they'd happily take my money .... until I won. Then suddenly, it's time to close his account and get scans of his retina's. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Joined Bwin. Paid deposit by bank transfer as they do not accept Visa debit cards. Said I could pay by Visa, but this would be a credit card transaction, therefore open to charges by my bank. When I contacted them they said bank transfer would take 7 days to hit my bwin account, despite all UK bank transfers now being carried out almost immediately. Now 15 days later and still no sign of my money. Then had cheek to ask me to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Take my advice and avoid bwin like the plague. Use any other online betting site instead as at least you have a reasonable chance of seeing your money again.

I have just sent a perfect picture of my passport and guess what? it has been refused as they now say i have sent too many documents. lol . anybody got advice for me as i think they are doing their best not to pay out.

Opened account and got the 50% credit bonus awarded instantly, great ... but hang on, it goes downhill thereafter. Won a few pounds and wanted to withdraw £50, wanted copy of ID (passport, driving liscence etc) either uploading or sent by fax before they would release the £50. Not in work for over a week now with no access to fax or copier so stumped. Sent several email asking if they could just return it to mt betting account and i will play with it instead .. no response for 3 days !!!!!!!!!!!!! Just awful, wish i had read thr withdrawal system before opening account cos i wouldnt have bothered . SLOW SLOW SLOW customer service

I played with £20 and won £80 so wanted to withdraw. They came back to me saying I only have 7 days to give them my driving licence or Passport or I won’t get the £80. Very annoying if I knew this I wouldn’t of signed up with them in the first place.

So they offer good odds -but be very aware.. deposit a reasonable amount of money to make a bet and they will not let you wage the full amount. No problem you would think but in their terms and conditions they say they have the right to not repay deposited money if it's not bet, in other words deposit £100 to make a bet, they limit the bet to £5 and they keep the reamining £95 until you bet on something else! BE VERY AWARE, ALSO THEIR COMMUNICATION IS A 5 WORKING DAY RESPONSE
