Below is a live chat I had with a Paddy Power assistant. It demonstrates the casino's total lack of morality and honesty. Needless to say, this happened a few moments after I joined and started playing blackjack and kicking the casino's Ar.......se on the table. After the service I received from the stuck-up young girl tonight I felt compelled to write a review! I walked straight in to have a play on the roulette( I usually bet on the racing) I put my £20 in and she shouted at me it was closing time... I let my bet run then tried to collect, but I didn't really know how to do so! Whilst fumbling around she shouted at me again! I promptly returned serve and then left the premises! Im a punter that would generally turn about £1000-£1500 over each week but thanks to her that business will be heading to ladbrokes from now on!

Yet again PP fail to deliver a services. I now give up with them. I have been trying to log on for most of the day. Cheltenham Gold Cup Day! With 15 mins to the first race I called their customer care and was told it would be down for five minutes or so. I then phoned them to put a bet on that way and missed the race as I was stuck in a queue for 20mins. This has been going on for ever it seems. I actually went along to a market research day and told them of the ongoing problems, they obviously do not take any notice. This is the third or fourth Cheltenham when everything has crashed. When you phone to complain they pay you lip service and little else. They then offer you a poxy £5 free bet, they don't seem to understand that what we want is just consistent service. Anyway i am off to open account elsewhere

I used to think they were ok but recently their site has had technical problems in the middle of games but they fail to reimburse bets placed. Customer service totally inept....they try to fob you off that everything was working and despite contacting customer services many times they just ignore your complaint and stonewall you hoping eventually you give up complaining. Eventually any email to their customer service was met with 'failed to deliver'... I wonder why? Despite keeping my own accurate records, they fail to recognise a game even existed. I leave you to make up your own mind on this!

Placed a bet, but when i clicked accept got refused, cmplained to customer services they said betting was suspended, later they emailed and said betting open again, i emailed to confirm my original bet for about the 3rd time. But suspended again. Customer services no help different person everytime with different views. rip off! Almost imposible to close account too. Keep well clear, youve been warned!

As you will see from other reviews by doing a quick Google search Paddy Power steal your money. I used my paypal account to pay and got told that the address didn't match. After sending proof of my address numerous times I keep getting fobbed off and my account is still closed. Online chat is useless because they just sit and ignore you. They now have my money and it appears there is nothing I can do! AVOID

Constant session failures, interrupted game play, repeated site failures and horrifically bad customer service where you have to prove the failures as their site logs are insufficient!!! Much slicker offerings available from other providers, hence why I moved my custom.
