Don't go near these so called bookmakers! absolute farce of a company avoid at all costs!

I played in there website, deposit money on paysafe cards, never took any bonuses or whatever, last period deposited 400 euro, when tryed to withdraw 200, they didnt let me, started to ask for copys of vouchers, but there is no info that you need to make copys of vouchers, i didnt have them, so they just blocked my acc with all money in it. 2 mounths i write to there customer suppport and the answer is allways the same, We gave you issue to security department they will contact you as soon as possible, and the security department never contact me so for me it look that they just dont care, block your money and bey bey. Not offer anyone this bookie.

This company are a bunch of sneaky thieves, after depositing 500 pounds and then about to start playing blackjack, it pops up that i can choose to have a 200 pound bonus, doesn't state what the terms and conditions are on the pop up or anywhere else on the website as i looked for a while, after accepting and having my balance moved from 500-700 i then played and managed to turn my balance into 2400 pounds by using small bets. After trying to withdraw 1000 pounds of that it stated that i had insufficient funds, confused i contacted the chat line and they stated that they would hold all of my profits for themselves until i gamble another 84,300 pounds in the next 30 days as stated in the terms and conditions that isn't found anywhere on the website but was supposedly buried in an email in my junk mail the month earlier, at no time was i down to my last 200 pounds so didn't use any of their "bonus". At that time i had managed to win 8 times my outlay so if this trend continued i wouldve had to have had the luck to win 674,000 to be able to withdraw a penny. Even the chat assistant suggested that the terms and conditions shoud have been on the pop up before later backtracking, by accepting ther bonuses you only have the chance to lose the money you depsoited, any profits made are held until you gamble something like 120 times of your initial depsoit and bonus. It's time that a website is started and optimized on the front page of google to put these scam artists out of business!!

You need to read the bonus terms very carefully. unless you follow them closely otherwise they withdraw the bonus at every turn. Also be aware you have to turnover your initial deposit before the bonus is given. That is what I was told on their chat help. In general the site is slow, poorly laid out and the staff disinterested in customer service. Plus point, the withdrawal process was quick and painless.

As below please please please do not open an account with this betting firm. Firstly the free bet offer is mis-leading as you have to place a further 7 bets at evens or better within 7 days to activate it. Secondly and most importantly they drag their heels when paying out, i received an email (happy to share with anyone) stating that the payout was subject to checks and i may not receive it in the format i requested - WHAT?? they are happy to take your money straight away but wont payout. Thirdly when i contacted the customer services dept it was like talking to a brick wall, they kept trying to refer me to the website and basically fobbing me off. When i asked to speak with a manager they advised this was not possible and to send an email. The poor guy on the phone didnt know what hit him as i was shall we say less than impressed. I shall await my payout with interest.....ps anyone willing to set up an anti TitanBet facebook page or similar warning to fellow honest punters??

Like others have said - happy to take you money, but not pay out. I have deposited over £1200 and have only won back about half that. Now I have tried withdrawing this, I have twice ent copies of my documents only to be told they are not good enough quality - yet they are perfectly clear on my "sent" e-mail. They even asked something about one of the documents so must have been able to view that clearly at least! If I dont get a positive response y Monday, I will approach my bank to see if they can reclaim the deposited funds on the basis that this is being taken from me fraudulently.

After reading everyone else's reviews i totally agree. They are more than happy to take your money no questions asked, but it's obvious that when coming to retrieve your winnings they start being very awkward and want you to forget about it or gamble away your winnings. I've been asked for a sh*t load of docs and every time i send perfectly good copies off they don't get approved for whatever reason. The fact they ask for these in the first place is ridiculous and secondly them not approving them for no reason is worse. They are a real bunch of cowboys. As soon as i get my money back i will be closing my account. I strongly suggest using Will Hill or Paddy Power instead.

as in previous reviews steer well well clear of this site, nothing but grief, poor prices, poor customer service and worst of all catch bonuses and total grief when trying to withdraw funds...have been trying to withdraw funds for a week now but keep getting told there is a technical problem and there technical department are working 24/7 to resolve this..if you play games beware of the bonus read the terms and conditions its a big con..they gave me a £25 bonus and when i played they took money out of my sports balance but any winnings were put into my games/combined balance i found out that if i did not spend £750 in games in 30 days i lost my bonus and any winnings , so you could spend £500 accumulate £600 winnings but lose the winnings because you have not spent enough

I signed up with these and I wish I never did,,,I am at the moment trying to get my money out and it's taking an age.They are not answering my emails and live chat is saying to me "processing takes 24hrs" which was 2 days ago.. I will keep going till I get paid,,anyone looking to open a new account don't go here,,it's a nightmare..
