They are dishonest and please avoid at all costs!-

They will take your deposit in a blink of an eye. But try and withdraw your winnings and they start stalling dirty tricks. I provided countless copies of passport, driving licence, utility bills, front and rear of debit card etc etc.. and still they kept asking for i.d and then resorted to asking for every deposit transactions to be printed and signed ... They really are the worst Bookmaker I have ever encountered. PLEASE DON'T BET WITH THESE SHARKS.

Nice Bookie, Can be Trusted-

as in previous reviews steer well well clear of this site, nothing but grief, poor prices, poor customer service and worst of all catch bonuses and total grief when trying to withdraw funds...have been trying to withdraw funds for a week now but keep getting told there is a technical problem and there technical department are working 24/7 to resolve this..if you play games beware of the bonus read the terms and conditions its a big con..they gave me a £25 bonus and when i played they took money out of my sports balance but any winnings were put into my games/combined balance i found out that if i did not spend £750 in games in 30 days i lost my bonus and any winnings , so you could spend £500 accumulate £600 winnings but lose the winnings because you have not spent enough

I signed up with these and I wish I never did,,,I am at the moment trying to get my money out and it's taking an age.They are not answering my emails and live chat is saying to me "processing takes 24hrs" which was 2 days ago.. agree with everyone else - absolute nightmare!-

Absolute nightmare to make your first withdrawal. They will take your money no problem but the only thing they didnt ask for was my DNA when I tried to withdraw. Was extremely stressful and I thought I was being scammed or a possible victim of identity fraud. Impossible if your from UK to get customer service as your speaking to east europeans, unless you can speak meercat! After about 10 days I finally got money back and self excluded so i could never use again. Be warned!

same sad experience-

very happy with site until tried to withdraw some cash. Required to send details to verify who I was (which I understand) however kept being told that they were not legible - even when spoke to customer services who assured me that it would be resolved the documentation team still then rejected them. poor exchange rate as well.

I would just like to confirm the review by 'titanbetsucks'. I had an identical situation where i was asked for all manner of scans and pictures and details before being allowed to withdraw my funds (under the mask of 'security'), which, strangely, they didn't require when i was depositing money *into* the account. Luckily I managed to kick up an almighty stink about it and they caved after some heated e-mails and phone calls. Stay away, you have been warned!!

Titanbet doesn't want you to get your money-

I signed up to Titanbet mainly due to their 100% deposit bonus offer. I was annoyed when I realised that the bonus doesn't become available until after you meet the betting requirements. In my case I needed to bet £800 before I gained access to my £100 bonus. So if you have a string of bad bets you could end up losing £800 to gain £100. Fortunately, I got lucky and made a small profit, but when I tried to withdraw my money I was told I needed to email to them copies of my passport, a utility bill, and the front and back of my debit card for identity verification purposes. That's a load of crap. They just want to make it difficult to withdraw your money as they hope you will continue gambling until you lose it all. In addition their odds were very poor compared to other bookies. Therefore I recommend avoiding them!
