Victor Chandler Review

Worst bookie in the history of bookies. Asked to empty my account, they sent the old 'send images of the card" etc. which I did, 3 times. Kept on saying they couldn't see the pictures clearly. Then, without warning, closed my account and took my money. Emailed them to ask what was going on, and nothing. Going to go to court to get my money back if they don't respond in the next 24 hours. When you got to go to court to get your money back then you know its a bookie to avoid. This was on a losing account by the way.

Sadly I never read this site before parting with my 100, I got the free bet for my 10 single, still haven't recieved my 20 double and was told I would not recieve my 30 treble or 40 quad because all the selections in these bets weren't over evens. On the terms and conditions it says 'a selection is one leg of multiple bet' and I had one leg over evens on both. Complete and utter blatant false advertising! Please do not open an account with these gangsters!

Probably the worst online bookmaker ever. Had an account for 5 years or so, never made much money and only placed small bets. Received two e-mails inviting me to claim free-bets up to the value of £25 and £50 respectively by placing matched amounts on horse racing and a football match. Did this , lost on my original bets and then lost my two 'free-bets'. Next day received another e-mail stating that a senior trader had closed my account! Absolute joke of a site - senior traders my a**e!! Don't use this site!!!

The site's a joke, were happy to take my money, but now i've won they won't pay out, say the same crap that I need to send them passport and documents.. ive done so and they now say not clear enough... lol they'll do anything except pay out..

Deposited funds and placed bet for £500.00 Was then flagged that only £25.00 was maximum bet as was a 'manager special' I was told after phoning them. No mention of this on their site at all. I therefore withdrew my funds back to my bank and was advised this would take 6 days!!! Total rip off and lying to get you to deposit monies, which they then can keep for days and earn interest on. Disgusting.

Lasted 7 bets . All losers . Lost £1150 . They are a joke . Victors dad would turn in his grave having built up one of the best betting firms in the world only for his philandering son to sell most of it to Tabor !

After signing up with my first ever account with V.C I was waiting for my FREE £25 promotion cash. After me lumping £25 into them in order to receive said promo cash....it never arrived. After several e-mails to ask when i would receive my welcome bonus there response was... Well Marc, you already have an account with us so your not getting it. I said, I haven't an account blah blah, where is my free cash. They say my account matches another account..... similarly and gave me details of this other account. and quote "I.e your name is the same but spelled differently, username is quite the same" now this guys user name was obviously his name and d.o.b, my username is my favorite hobbie.....so explain how someone;s Christian name is 'gardening'??!! So to sum it up, name = not the same, d.o.b= not the same, username = not the same, password = not the same, address = not the same they conned me out of my money, avoid Victor Chandler. True what they say, nothing is free is this world.....

I manage an online poker portal much like this one and I was recently robbed by the crooks at Victor Chandler. I entered into a relationship with Victor Chandler Poker whereby I would be paid in relation to how many players I brought them. It took a while to get things rolling, writing content and performing SEO. Slowly but surely I began to bring them a number of players. All of a sudden, they disconnected my links without informing me. I contacted them and they responded by telling me that we weren't bringing them enough players so they were discontinuing our business relationship. The bastards also informed me that they would be keeping the money that I rightfully earned bringing them players. Let us not forget that their CEO was recently arrested in Israel for illegally distributing Prepaid Cards. These cards allowed players to access the casino from Israel, where it is illegal. They were also busted for transferring $9 million dollars in cash earned from the fraud without reporting it to the tax authority...real class act. Victor Chandler does not respect their business partners and they do not respect the law; do not expect that they will respect either you or your money. The "face" of the Victor Chandler brands is Victor Chandler himself, a debonair and classy-looking wealthy fellow that evokes feelings of trust and stability. What a farce! Just a bunch of crooks...better off just burning your money and saving yourself the trouble.

i have been with vc bet for about a year now and i have had no problems at all with them. i only bet on football and they do the best odds week after week, also if you have a five-fold football accumulator and you are 1 down you get your money back! so i think its very appealing to football gamblers.

They closed my account after just 14 £100 bets on horses. I was only £100 up when they decided my account wasn't profitable for them. It makes me wonder how Mr Chandler has the gall to plaster his mugshot on all the advertising and promotional bumf when his company can't seem to run a book properly.
