Lasted 7 bets . All losers . Lost £1150 . They are a joke . Victors dad would turn in his grave having built up one of the best betting firms in the world only for his philandering son to sell most of it to Tabor !

After signing up with my first ever account with V.C I was waiting for my FREE £25 promotion cash. After me lumping £25 into them in order to receive said promo cash....it never arrived. After several e-mails to ask when i would receive my welcome bonus there response was... Well Marc, you already have an account with us so your not getting it. I said, I haven't an account blah blah, where is my free cash. They say my account matches another account..... similarly and gave me details of this other account. and quote "I.e your name is the same but spelled differently, username is quite the same" now this guys user name was obviously his name and d.o.b, my username is my favorite hobbie.....so explain how someone;s Christian name is 'gardening'??!! So to sum it up, name = not the same, d.o.b= not the same, username = not the same, password = not the same, address = not the same they conned me out of my money, avoid Victor Chandler. True what they say, nothing is free is this world.....

I manage an online poker portal much like this one and I was recently robbed by the crooks at Victor Chandler. I entered into a relationship with Victor Chandler Poker whereby I would be paid in relation to how many players I brought them. It took a while to get things rolling, writing content and performing SEO. Slowly but surely I began to bring them a number of players. All of a sudden, they disconnected my links without informing me. I contacted them and they responded by telling me that we weren't bringing them enough players so they were discontinuing our business relationship. The bastards also informed me that they would be keeping the money that I rightfully earned bringing them players. Let us not forget that their CEO was recently arrested in Israel for illegally distributing Prepaid Cards. These cards allowed players to access the casino from Israel, where it is illegal. They were also busted for transferring $9 million dollars in cash earned from the fraud without reporting it to the tax authority...real class act. Victor Chandler does not respect their business partners and they do not respect the law; do not expect that they will respect either you or your money. The "face" of the Victor Chandler brands is Victor Chandler himself, a debonair and classy-looking wealthy fellow that evokes feelings of trust and stability. What a farce! Just a bunch of crooks...better off just burning your money and saving yourself the trouble.

i have been with vc bet for about a year now and i have had no problems at all with them. i only bet on football and they do the best odds week after week, also if you have a five-fold football accumulator and you are 1 down you get your money back! so i think its very appealing to football gamblers.

They closed my account after just 14 £100 bets on horses. I was only £100 up when they decided my account wasn't profitable for them. It makes me wonder how Mr Chandler has the gall to plaster his mugshot on all the advertising and promotional bumf when his company can't seem to run a book properly.

I posted on this web-site in August giving them 10 out of ten following a series of challenging emails from other previous customers. This was based on my many hard years of loyal betting and very satisfied betting with them with them. I have now received an email telling me that my account has also been closed with no real explanation - thats loyalty for you. Please add me to the ever growing list of disatisfied customers. Lucky still some great sites left like PaddyPower and Sportingbet. Can you also please remove my other review please.

What a F****ing joke. The mug punters bookmaker is closer to the mark...My account stayed open until it started to show a profit and then wham without warning can't log in...Contacted live help and sure you know the usual BS about the traders decision blah blah blah.... This so called business plan that my betting didn't fit into is designed to make that Victor b****ocks a very wealthy man...I have seen bailiffs escort mug punters out of their houses because they gambled away their mortgage repayments...VC won't feel sorry for them though you can be assured... Victor Chandler and the likes are the scum of the earth...Same as drug dealers who prey on vulnerable addicts...

Sent me an e-mail stating my account had been closed with immediate effect based on a decision by a senior trader. Made a few quid betting predominantly on the USPGA golf but by no means a high roller, far from it in fact. Account closed with no explanation whatsoever, disappointed. AVOID THIS GUTLESS BOOKIE they only want losers.

basically i opened an telephone account with vc when they first went to gibraltar in 2000,at the time they were happy to take decent bets,i believe i did quite well,never a hint of being knocked back for anybet,anyway i gave up gambling lost my details and my details changed,decided to start up again 2007 told i would need to open a new account at that point it had not changed they were still happy to take large bets with out query,still had telephone option,stopped using them for about 3 years went back in dec 2010 every thing had changed, no telephone option,the bets i tried to place were rejected and had to be placed manually by customer support some at a reduced stake,anyway had £70 on kvitova to win wimbledon at 14/1 (tried to put on on £150) on the following monday tried to log on was lock out spoke to customer services they said my account was closed due to a decision of senior trader,i was a bit shocked,told i had been showing an overall profit of£1500 approx,clearly they have decided the dont want customers who win or look like they could be long term winners but to make that decision pretty much after one bet seems a bit extreme the bet i had intended to do next was a loser and i lost £2000 on then open with the tote shortly afterwards,they can run there business as they chose but it is not the victor chandler of old.

this bookie will close your account without notice. i had a dispute with paying lower odds on accepted wagers. furthermore an accepted wager paid... then winnings withdrawn later. no reply from any mail to customer services. this bookie is a potential swindler. high caution.
