William Hill Review

set up an account and used a pre-paid mastercard, when signing up i failed to list my name for card name. my account was suspended, understandable good security measure. contacted them via live chat. 1/ supplied them with valid drivers license, prepaid credit card, and government income tax with my address wasnt good enough 2/ supplied them with copy of my dentist bill and work paystub wasnt good enough 3/ supplied them with a copy of my online phone bill from telus finally it was acceptable place is fucken shit, i swear at this point they were giving me the run around to keep my money.

Worst ever treatment, after spending £100's of pounds everyweek, there lack of customer service finished me off. Not interested in your concerns, only in telling you they are correct and you are wrong. Other sites have a much better customer service. I think other sites offer a better return on slots, never lost as much on other sites, £100's of pounds to get bonus/feature on slots...example I played £5 per spin cost over £750 to get free spins and it gave me £12.75?? what a joke, con and robbery! They are not bothered about you or value your custom, just if you dont like it dont play! fine we wont, will we will but not at william hill. Shame as the site is good, great games but % is to low, all this random number thing they give you everytime you complain we all know there is only one winner.

I today decided to have 5 bets on the sunderland v west ham game.. onuha anytime goal @8s spector anytime goal @12s 2-2 draw@16s 10 on sunderland yellow card in first 15 mins@8s 10 on west ham yellow card in first 15 mins@10s it was very close to kick off time but still not kicked off.I placed bet and lo and behold the first 3 was accepted but the last 2 were rejected as "event started".You can guess what happened next,the first 3 bets lost and the last 2 won so I lost £30 when i should have won £150. When i spoke to the call centre to say why did 3 go on but 2 didn't I was met with a standard response "if you have no bet reference(which I only had for first 3 bets) it didn't happen". I explained that bets were placed at same time but nothing changed(after a while it reminded me of your name's not down you're not coming in responses I used to get when trying to get into clubs many years ago!).I have given william hill over 4k/year from gambling for the last 20 years but no more the account will be shut tomorrow! The moral of the story is do not bet with Hills close to events starting as it really is a matter of luck if they are accepted-in addition I have always found accounts such as bet365 and paddy power much more responsive to genuine queries,they look into the complaint,they do not give answers off a script with no room for manoevre.
