WSN Fantasy Sports Rules:
The objective of these rules is to create a free football betting competition that is as realistic as possible to real world sports betting.
WSN Championship Rules
1.Upon signup, all players’ accounts are credited with balance of 100,000 points.
2.Winners are decided based on which contestants have the most Winnings at the end of each Competition.
3.For any Competition, members who are tied with equal Winnings - the tie breaker rules are (1) user with highest winning percentage (2) user with most number of bets won (3) user with the largest bet won.
4.The WSN Championship includes only Asian Handicap and Asian Over/Under wagering (No fixed odds).
5.Match odds are calculated from the average of available odds in the Asia Pacific region.
6.Match odds are calculated with ten-cents of vigorish (1.95/1.95) to mimic real life sports betting markets.
7.The maximum wager amount shall be 5% of the user’s account balance or 5,000, whichever is greater.
8.There minimum wager amount is 1 point.
9.All bets are final. Users wishing to cancel their bets may hedge the bet by betting the opposite way if they have the available funds.
Friendly Challenge Rules
1. Friendly Challenge competitions can be started by individual users.
2. These competitions can be either open to the public or private and controlled by invitations or passwords.
3. When a user starts a new competition, they must specify the options for that competition, including:
a. Name and Description
b. Public or Private
c. Available Leagues
d. Asian Handicap, Asian Totals or both.
e. Display Open Bets
f. Starting Balance
g. Number of Bets by day, week or competition.
h. Maximum and Minimum bet size
i. Start and End Date
4. WSN.com does not supply prizes to the winners of group competitions.
Fantasy Betting Terms
1. WSN.com reserves the right to cancel any wager made on an obviously "bad" line or a wager made after an event has started.
2. WSN.com reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager.
3. Wagers are graded only after the contest is final.
4. The winner of an event will be determined on the date of the event's conclusion; WSN.com does not recognize protested or overturned decisions for wagering purposes. The result of an event suspended after the start of competition will be decided according to the wagering rules specified for that sport by WSN.com.
5. Las Vegas rules will apply to any rule or wager not covered by the rules and regulations herein.
6. All rules, regulations and payoffs contained herein are subject to changes and revisions by WSN.com without prior written notice.
7. Minimum and maximum wager amounts on all sporting events will be determined by WSN.com and are subject to change without prior written notice.
8. WSN.com relies entirely upon the information provided by the customer in the application in order to establish a fantasy wagering account. WSN.com is not responsible for any form of misrepresentation by the customer.
9. In the event points are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify WSN.com of aforesaid error without delay. Unless otherwise notified by WSN.com, any transaction resulting from the error shall be void.
10. When wagering on the Internet, members are solely responsible for their own account transactions. Please be sure to review your wagers for any mistakes before sending them in. Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be changed. WSN.com does not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers made by the client and will not entertain discrepancy requests because a play is missing or duplicated. Clients may review their transactions in the Review Account section of the site after each session to ensure all requested wagers were accepted.
11. Disputes must be lodged within seven (7) days from the date the wager in question has been decided. No claims will be honored after this period. The client is solely responsible for their account transactions.
12. Each client is wholly responsible for maintaining the secrecy of his betting account and should make every effort to prevent the use of his personal account number by any third party. Any transactions entered into where the account holder's number and password have been given to effect a wager shall stand as bona fide transactions dependent only upon the current balance in the account.
13. In the event a customer suspects a third party may have their client number and password, the customer may at any time ask that WSN.com furnish the customer with a new client number and password.
14. WSN.com shall not be responsible for any damages or losses deemed or alleged to have resulted from or been caused by this Web site or its content. This includes any person's use or misuse of its content, the inability of any person to connect with or use the site, delay in operations or transmission, failure of communication lines, or any errors or omissions in content.
15. In those types of games or contests in which a draw is a common result, WSN.com may offer a three-way line with the draw as the third betting option. In these cases, when the outcome is a draw, only those bettors who wagered on the draw will be paid as winners; those who wagered on either team or contestant to win will lose their stake.
16. WSN.com reserves the right to suspend a client account without prior notice.
17. WSN.com communicates with our clients via the email address listed during the sign up process. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain an active and unique email account, to provide us with the correct email address and to advise WSN.com of any changes in the address. Any customer not having an email address reachable by WSN.com will have his account suspended until such an address is provided to us.
18. For a wager to have action on any named contestant in a Yes/No Proposition, the contestant must enter and compete in the event.
19. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version, the English language version will be deemed to be correct.
