Cases.gg Review 2026 - Get 3 Free Mystery Boxes

Cases.gg is a sweepstakes mystery box site run by Cyprus-based CGG Entertainment Ltd. It offers 420+ boxes, 4 game modes, and a long lineup of promotions, plus fast crypto processing and shipping.

Cases.gg Quick Facts

Cases.gg Bonuses

The Cases.gg bonus page offers 3 free mystery boxes, up to a 200% purchase boost, daily prizes and cases, a share of the Free Play prize pool, a mail-in bonus, a Gold Coins Faucet, weekly race prizes, and rewards for offers, surveys, and missions.

Cases.gg No Deposit Bonus

New Cases.gg users get a no-deposit bonus of 3 mystery boxes for free right after registration and email verification. Possible rewards include anything from a US penny to a Master Chief Adult Light Up Deluxe helmet. I got a candy cane and two pennies and cashed them out right away for $0.04.

Cases.gg First Purchase Offer

The site also rewards up to a 1% deposit boost on your first $25. Claim it using our link and promo code CASES, plus get up to a 200% boost on your first purchase. Keep in mind, the latter comes with playthrough requirements and is released only after you complete them. I only learned later about the steep 100x rollover attached to my 200% boost, so it pays to speak to support beforehand.

Cases.gg Bonus Code

You don’t need a Cases.gg promo code to claim the no deposit bonus, but code CASES unlocks the 1% deposit bonus on all your first purchases up to $25. Just register through our secure link and enter the code in the designated box in the Deposit section. The code will remain active for 7 days from the moment you first use it.

More Bonuses at Cases.gg

After the Cases.gg no deposit bonus and purchase boosts, the platform offers six other promotions:

• The Gold Coins faucet lets you claim 1,000 Gold Coins whenever your balance reaches zero.

• The Free Play pool allows you to win a share of the growing prize pool every 30 minutes. To join, complete KYC or reach level 10 and spend at least $50 on purchases in the last week.

• Missions offer free Gold Coins and Cases Cash for completing tasks such as purchasing with a card, winning a specific amount in a battle, playing through a set number of coins, and more.

• The Offerwall features tasks and surveys that reward you for completing them. To access it, you must complete KYC or spend at least $25 on the site.

• The Mail-in entry method awards 5 Cases Cash for each valid request, limited to one request per outer envelope sent to CasesGG US LLC, 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901. The Official Sweeps Rules outline the exact handwriting, card, and account-information requirements.

• Weekly races let you compete for prizes every week. Players are ranked by how much they’ve played during that time, and the top 10 earn prizes. Learn more about sweepstakes daily login bonuses at casinos that offer them.

If you’re an Acebet.cc casino player, you can also claim a 0.5% cashback for every purchase you make at Cases.gg. If you're not registered at Acebet yet but you're interested in playing, check out our Acebet.cc review.

Cases.gg Levels Program

Cases.gg runs a multi-level loyalty program that all players enter when they register. To climb the levels, you have to spend Cases Cash by opening mystery cases. Higher levels unlock missions, daily cases, and the ability to create custom boxes.

At level 10, daily cases let you open one mystery box for free every 24 hours. Case rewards increase by 1% every three days until they reach 10%, and change every 10 levels until you reach level 100. It took my entire Cases.gg review to reach 10, so you have to be active and persistent if you plan to reap these benefits.

Cases.gg User Experience

Cases.gg features the classic sweepstakes mystery box site layout. The top bar features a drop-down menu with buttons that lead to cases and available games. Your balance appears in the top-right corner, important pages like rules and policies are accessible from the footer, and community live chat opens on the right-hand side.

Cases.gg on Desktop

The Cases page lets you filter by reward category, case price, and risk, and search for specific cases. You can see all included items, drop odds, and prices whether you’re logged in or not, so visitors can assess the platform before registering.

The Profile section offers instant insight into all your activity on the site, from cases opened and battles played to your luckiest pulls and total withdrawals. I could even check my history for each game, which made it easy to track my results over time. But many features, like Free Play promotions, are locked behind KYC or purchases. So, I recommend getting verified early if you want to use the site to its full potential.

Cases.gg on Mobile

There’s no Cases.gg mobile app, but the site is fully mobile-optimized so you can use it on the go. The platform is almost identical on a small screen, except for the bottom-row menu, which keeps all games, cases, and the cart within easy reach.

The website is fast, and through my testing, I found no serious lag when pages load or cases open.

Cases.gg Boxes and Games

You won’t find classic casino-style games at Cases.gg, but you can open mystery boxes and play games to win real prizes and on-site credit.

Mystery Boxes

Cases.gg offers over 420 mystery boxes across 10 categories. These include clothing, electronics, jewelry, LEGO, Pokémon, sneakers, sports, anime, toys, and watches.

The site also features hundreds of community boxes and lets you create a custom box with items and odds of your choice once you reach level 5. Each time a user opens your box, you earn 3% of the case’s price.

Mystery box prices range from $0.10 to $14,867 across different categories. The cheapest are random items like CDs, candies, zip sliders, and pins, and the most expensive are cars, luxury watches, jewelry, and designer items.

Before you open a case, you can see all potential rewards, along with their drop odds and values. There’s also a demo spin to test the opening mechanism, and Speed mode lets you skip the drawing animation, which I found useful.

To help you check outcome fairness, Cases includes a link in the top-right corner of the mystery box screen, next to the sound button. It uses provably fair technology, so it’s not the easiest to understand, even for me, but the Fairness page in the footer should help.

Games at Cases.gg

Cases.gg currently offers 4 game modes:

• Battles pit you against bots or other players on the site as you open mystery boxes. You open one or more mystery boxes at the same time and win different items across multiple rounds. The one with the higher total item value wins and takes them all.

• Upgrades let you try your luck to win a select item from a box. The outcome is random, but the odds depend on the price you’re willing to pay. The more you spend, the better the odds.

• Coinflip lets you stake coins or items from your inventory for a chance to win other players’ items or coins. Like a real coinflip game, there’s a 50% chance of winning, and the winner is chosen at random.

• Crash works similarly to crash games at top sweepstakes casinos. You stake an amount, watch the multiplier rise, and items become more valuable. When you cash out, you win the last item shown plus the difference in vouchers.

Cases.gg Payments

Cases.gg accepts fiat and crypto payment methods. Fiat options include bank cards like Visa and Mastercard, e-wallets like Apple Pay and PayPal, mobile payments like WeChat, and bank transfers like Sofort. For crypto payments, you can choose from more than 300 wallets and 11 coins, including Ethereum, Tron, Bitcoin, Binance, Litecoin, Tether, and others.

No matter which method you choose, the minimum purchase is $1 and the maximum is $1,000. Cases.gg charges no processing fees, and purchases are instant.

Prize Redemption

Opening a mystery box at Cases.gg is instant. After that, you have two options:

• Claim it: It’ll appear in your Cart.

• Sell it back: It’ll convert into Cases Cash and appear in your balance right away.

From there, you can ship the items to your home address and redeem your balance in cryptocurrencies. To be eligible for either, you must play through your deposit, item value, and full balance at least once. Free mystery boxes from the Cases.gg no deposit bonus also come with a $5 rollover requirement, whether you redeem them in crypto or ship them.

Shipping is available for all included US states. You get a tracking number once the order ships, so you can track everything. The process usually takes a week or two, depending on the item, your location, and whether the items are in stock. My sneakers took about 7 days to arrive in Texas.

Crypto redemptions are available in ETH, LTC, BTC, USDT, and SOL and come with network fees. The minimum redemption is $20, and the terms and conditions say the site reserves the right to limit redemptions to $99,000 a day. If you’re in New York or Florida, the local $5,000 limit applies, so I’d factor that into any larger redemption.

Typical processing time for Cases.gg redemptions is 5-10 minutes; I got my coins within 6 minutes via USDT on the ERC-20 network.

Cases.gg Payment Methods Comparison

Here’s how Cases.gg’s payment methods compare with similar Mystery Boxes sites.

Cases.gg Customer Support

Cases.gg offers 24/7 live chat, plus email and phone support.

Community chat also has “helpers” who answer questions and help resolve issues for registered users. The FAQ page has only 5 questions and doesn't cover some of the most pressing topics, like redemptions.

I never had to call because the live chat was so convenient. The agent answered within a minute or two at most and addressed all my follow-up questions thoroughly. The one time I used it, I waited a few hours for an email response, and only because the live chat couldn’t give me a straight answer about rollover attached to deposit bonuses.

Where Is Cases.gg Legal?

The Cases.gg legal states list includes all US states except Idaho, Montana, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington. If you're at least 18 and outside the restricted states, you can join and play.

While the list of restricted states is a bit longer than JemLit’s or HypeDrop’s, it’s far more forgiving than those at sweepstakes casinos. That’s mainly because they don’t offer casino-style games, which an increasing number of US states restrict.

How to Sign Up for Cases.gg?

Signing up for Cases.gg is pretty intuitive and takes just 2 minutes:

1. Use our Cases.gg safe link to visit the site and select the Claim 3 Free Cases button.

2. Fill out the registration form with your username, email, password, and state.

3. Read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, confirm you’re at least 18, and submit your account request.

4. Open your email inbox, find the message from Cases.gg, and follow the link to verify your address.

Use the credentials you created to sign in to your account.

Obtaining Coins at Cases.gg

You can obtain coins at Cases.gg through promotions, purchases, and sell-backs. See how promotions work in the dedicated section above.

You can make purchases through the Deposit section. Unlike sweepstakes casinos, there are no coin packages to choose from. Instead, you can enter any amount between $1 and $1,000, and the site will show how many Gold Coins and how much Cases Cash you get.

Sell-backs are available through a Sell-back button as soon as you win an item from a mystery box. You can also do it from the Cart drop-down menu, using the Sell for button at the bottom. The process is instant, so you’ll see the item's full value reflected in your balance right away.

Note: Cases.gg also supports item exchanges, which let you swap a won item for another item available on the site. But you must choose an item of equal value, or have enough Cases Cash in your balance to cover the difference.

How to Redeem Prizes at Cases.gg

To redeem prizes at Cases.gg, you have to meet the following conditions:

• Verify your identity. Support claims crypto redemptions are available even without KYC if you’ve deposited in crypto too, but you’ll likely be asked to complete the process regardless.

• Play through the value of your deposit, balance, and prizes at least once. You can do so by opening new mystery boxes or playing Cases.gg games in Cases Cash mode.

• If you plan to redeem in cryptocurrency, accumulate at least $20 in Cases Cash through gameplay.

When you’re ready, you can choose whether you’d like to ship the item (Send items tab) or redeem in crypto (Withdraw balance tab) in the Cart drop-down menu.

For shipping, add your home address and sizing information. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link. The Cart tab under the Profile section will show your delivery status at all times.

For crypto redemptions, choose the token you want the prize in, enter the amount you want to redeem, and add your wallet address. Once you double-check and confirm, the request will go through, and your transaction should process in minutes.

What’s the Difference Between Cases.gg and Sweepstakes Casinos?

Cases.gg is a mystery box platform that doesn’t host casino-style games, like sweepstakes gaming sites. Instead, it lets players open mystery boxes to win items ranging from clothing to collectible cards and vehicles. Even the games it offers, like Battles and Coinflip, involve mystery boxes and/or their items.

Cases.gg runs on a no-purchase-necessary model like sweepstakes casinos. This means it relies on virtual currencies for gameplay. You can redeem Cases Cash for real prizes, while Gold Coins are for social play only. It even imposes the 1x playthrough you commonly find on sweepstakes sites.

But the site lets you ship items you’ve won or redeem them for crypto, while sweepstakes casinos often only offer cash redemptions, usually in fiat currency.

All these differences make Cases.gg, like many other mystery box sites, far more widespread in the US than sweepstakes gaming sites.

Cases.gg Final Verdict

Cases.gg is a great mystery box site that stands out for its entertainment and promotions. With 420+ boxes across 10 categories, hundreds of community options, and 4 games, it’s easy to stay engaged.

Recurring promotions, including mail-in deals, missions, and loyalty levels, keep you in the game, and the platform feels player-friendly on all devices, even without the Cases.gg app.

But you’ll have to dig deep and spend a lot of time with support to understand all the rules, especially if you’re new to this gaming format. You’ll also face a house edge of up to 10% in games, a $20 minimum redemption threshold, and a playthrough requirement that applies to your full balance and all item values, regardless of what you redeem.

Is Cases.gg Legit?

Yes. Launched in 2024 by an unknown Cyprus-based company called CGG Entertainment Ltd., Cases.gg lacks a long track record or trusted management to back it up. But it’s one of the best-known mystery box sites in the industry, with a strong social media following on X, Discord, and Twitch. It also appears to be part of the same network as Acebet.cc, a site WSN’s experts have reviewed positively.

On top of this, Cases.gg has a few other trust signs we look for in no-purchase-necessary brands:

• Comprehensive T&C and Rules page, detailing the site’s operations and regulations

• Published privacy and AML policies

• 128-bit SSL encryption protocol, protecting data in transit

• Password-secured database inside a Virtual Private Cloud, keeping sensitive information secure

To answer, “Is Cases.gg legit?” I also looked into its fairness, and everything came back clean. Provably fair technology helped me verify outcomes of the boxes I opened, and transparent drop odds, prices, and potential wins show what you’re getting into before you play. The FAQ page also clearly lists the house edges, so you can see how much the games cost you in the long run, even if those margins are on the high side.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Gaming Sites

WSN puts each sweepstakes gaming site through the same checks before rating it. Our experts sign up, claim promotions, explore the platform, and test key features for at least a week using a $1,000 testing budget. We focus on the following:

• Entertainment value: With mystery box sites, WSN checks the number of boxes and categories, their drop odds and prices, any game modes on offer, and compares them to competitors.

• Promotional value: The team reviews the welcome deal, sweepstakes daily login bonus, and other recurring promotions, and considers their size and terms to gauge how rewarding the site is for an average player.

• Payments and redemptions: WSN experts make purchases, redeem crypto prizes, and ship items to test the system’s ease of use, reliability, and speed.

• Customer support: We contact support through different channels to assess how helpful and timely they are with both simple and complex issues.

• User experience: At the end of each review, the team checks how sites like Cases.gg perform on different devices before deciding whether to recommend them.

Why You Should Trust Us

WSN’s reviews are built around real use, backed by decades of combined gaming experience and expertise.

Our experts approach each site like a player, testing its features, promotions, and payment processes while documenting what they find. That gives the final review a practical basis and keeps it in-depth but unbiased.
