Kalshi Promo Code WSN: Trade $25 and Get $25 on Senators vs. Devils (October 12)

Kalshi Promo Code WSN for Monday, October 12, 2026

Kalshi provides a direct event contract trading market regulated by federal financial agencies, giving sports fans a way to take yes-or-no positions on game outcomes. Below are the key offer specifications for Monday, October 12, 2026:

Is Kalshi Legal in Your State?

Kalshi is legal in 47 US states and Washington, D.C. It is unavailable in three states: Michigan, Nevada, and Washington, where regulators have challenged its sports event contracts.

Because Kalshi operates as a CFTC-regulated exchange rather than a sportsbook, it lists contracts nationwide by default, and access closes only where a state has forced it out. That regulatory posture is why availability changes faster than it does for state-licensed sportsbooks, so confirm your state before funding an account.

Disclaimer: State availability is subject to ongoing litigation and can change quickly. Verify Kalshi's current status in your state before signing up.
