CrashDuel is the first sweepstakes casino from Thinkway Ltd, and from first impressions, it’s shooting off to a good start. For this review, I signed myself up and claimed the CrashDuel bonus, explored the games and features, and tested out purchases and prize redemptions.

CrashDuel Casino Bonuses
The CrashDuel bonus offering gave me mixed impressions. The no-purchase welcome bonus is lower than average, and there are a few other no-cost promotions. The varied first-purchase boost is a standout bonus, and there are plenty of tournaments and regular offers. However, some CrashDuel promos have a minimum play or spend requirement, which might limit promotional options for casual social gamers.
CrashDuel Sign Up Bonus
CrashDuel awards new players with a sweepstakes no deposit bonus of 1,000 GC + 1 SC for signing up with Facebook login, or 1,000 GC for registering via email or Google. The 1 free SC bonus is only awarded for Facebook sign-ups or linking your Facebook account after registration.
The CrashDuel no deposit bonus is much smaller than most new sweepstakes casinos offer: sites like WinBonanza offer up to 150,000 GC and 15 SC for free. The sign-up window doesn’t mention the free SC for Facebook sign-ups, and I think making this clearer would help more players maximize the free rewards.
CrashDuel First Purchase Bonus

New players can choose to top up with a first purchase bonus. There’s a choice of two boosted bundles, or use bonus code LUCKY to activate a 100% first-purchase bonus up to 200,000 GC + 100 free SC.
This offer applies to your choice of GC bundle, up to a max bonus of 50 SC (a 100% boost on a 50 SC free gift with purchase). These are the 100% boosted bundles available in this CrashDuel bonus:
35,000 GC + 20 free SC + 20 free FC for $9.90
75,000 GC + 40 free SC + 40 free FC for $19.80
115,000 GC + 60 free SC + 60 free FC for $29.70
200,000 GC + 100 free SC + 100 free FC for $49.50
The CrashDuel bonus code also boosts pricier bundles between $69.30 and $495. As the bonus is capped at 50 extra free SC, it works out as less than a 100% boost on purchases over $49.50.
It’s worth noting that SC awarded free with a promotional purchase, such as a first-purchase bonus or other CrashDuel promo code purchase, are credited as “Bonus Coins” and have slightly different T&Cs. The first-purchase bonus coins carry 5x playthrough requirements, although this can be up to 20x depending on promotional terms. Additionally, players must clear their balance of “standard” SC before bonus coins are used.
CrashDuel Bonus Code
There’s no CrashDuel promo code required to claim the no-purchase bonus: simply sign up via our link and connect your Facebook account to claim 1,000 GC and 1 SC for free.
To claim the full first-purchase bonus, enter CrashDuel bonus code LUCKY in the coin store bonus box, or check the promotions page for the latest code.
CrashDuel Daily Login Bonus

CrashDuel offers a sweepstakes daily login bonus with increasing rewards for consecutive logins and gameplay. Rewards don’t reset at the end of a fixed streak: consistent players can keep building the daily reward over weeks or even months. These are the daily rewards I was offered for my first seven days:
Day 1: 100 GC + 0.1 SC
Day 2: 250 GC + 0.3 SC
Day 3: 500 GC + 0.5 SC
Day 4: 750 GC + 0.5 SC
Day 5: 1,000 GC + 1 SC
Day 6: 1,500 GC + 1 SC
Day 7: 2,000 GC + 1.2 SC
If I continued playing after the week of my CrashDuel review, I could earn 4,700 GC + 2 SC on the 21st consecutive day or 6,500 GC + 2.75 SC by day 30. This continuous progression is better than a fixed daily reward or a 7-day reset, and there’s potential for high SC reward from compounded logins.
However, you need to play a minimum of 1 SC to claim each day’s reward, so even if you log in daily, you could lose your streak if you don’t meet the daily SC playthrough requirement. That’s unusual for a login bonus and makes this sweepstakes no deposit bonus more challenging to claim, as it takes a consistent supply of SC to achieve the daily playthrough.
Crash Cash Race

CrashDuel lives up to its name with Crash Cash Race, an in-house tournament on an original crash game. Crash Cash runs twice weekly with a 500 SC prize pool, plus mystery gifts. Each tournament is live for 36 hours: Monday 05:00 to Tuesday 23:59 and Friday 05:00 to Saturday 23:59 ET.
The Crash Cash game uses the recognisable CrashDuel aesthetic, with the retro neon graphics, purple and blue colorway, and a cartoon seaplane rising above a vibrant seascape sunset. You don’t need to dip into your GC or SC balance for this promo game, as it’s played with Fly Coins. This third virtual currency is unique to CrashDuel and is only used for tournament entries. Earn FC as a free bonus with GC purchase, claim for free with mail-in entries, and in no-cost social media giveaways.
Your FC wins are added as points on the leaderboard. There are prizes for the top 50 players, from 2 SC for ranks 26–50 up to 80 SC for first place. SC winnings from the Crash Cash Race have a 1x playthrough.
Monday Drops

There’s a 500 SC prize drop every Monday on CrashDuel. On Playson games, look for the Treasure Drops icon. Launch an eligible game and play 0.2 SC to enter for a chance to win a random SC prize drop throughout the day. The 500 SC prize pool is shared between 21 lucky players:
1 x 100 SC prize
2 x 60 SC prizes
5 x 30 SC prizes
13 x 10 SC prizes
Monday Drops runs from 00:00 to 23:59 ET every Monday, and prizes are credited automatically to winning players’ accounts.
Wednesday Cashback

CrashDuel offers a one-day coinback bonus, available every week. Play at least 5 SC on Wednesdays from 00:00 ET to 23:59 ET and get coins back on net losses of 50 SC or more:
Lose 50–119.9 SC: get 10 SC back
Lose 120–249.9 SC: get 25 SC back
Lose 250+ SC: get 50 SC back
The bonus is awarded the following Thursday, and there’s a 1x playthrough on SC coinback.
Sunday Tournaments

Another regular CrashDuel promo is the Sunday 1,200 SC tournament. It runs every Sunday with a 1,200 SC prize pool, awarding the top 41 players with prizes from 10 SC up to 250 SC for first place. SC prizes from this tournament have no playthrough requirements.
To join, launch any 3Oaks game and play 0.2 SC. Your SC win multiplier is added as points to the leaderboard: that’s the win amount plus the amount played on any 3Oaks title.
Other CrashDuel Promos
Other CrashDuel bonuses include a mail-in bonus, referral rewards, and social media promotions. Head to the Sweeps Rules for specific instructions on mail-in requests to claim 1 SC and 10 FC for free per eligible request.
CrashDuel awards 100,000 GC and 15 SC per successful referral when your referred friend signs up through your link and reaches a total spend of $20 on GC packages.
Follow CrashDuel on social media to enter free giveaways and keep up with the latest tournaments and seasonal promotions. Players can also earn 5 free SC for leaving a review on Trustpilot. CrashDuel doesn’t exploit players by requiring an inflated rating; it just asks for at least four sentences, and you'll need to send proof of your review to the payments team.
CrashDuel User Experience
CrashDuel makes a good first impression with its distinct, cohesive design and clean interface. It uses a vibrant pink and turquoise color scheme and a Miami beach theme, giving a relaxed, party vibe to the site.
None of the visual flair comes at the expense of usability, and the site is easy to navigate. The lobby features a promo carousel above games categories, with a detailed side menu and essential header buttons clearly displayed in the bright color scheme.
Beyond the strong first impression, the site performed well on multiple devices and formats.
CrashDuel on Desktop

CrashDuel impressed me with one of the best game navigation layouts I’ve seen from the latest sweepstakes casinos. I usually find myself frustrated with limited options and missing categories, but CrashDuel has tabs for all the major game types, various slot categories, and novelty games including crash, fish, arcade, and scratch games.
I could filter by provider or use the search bar as well, adding to an extremely user-friendly interface. Some categories are a little empty; for example, there’s only one game in the Roulette tab. Considering how intuitive the rest of the navigation is, I took this as a suggestion of more games to come, but I’ll have to check back in future to see if that’s correct.
The homepage has everything I’d expect: games categories, promotions, coin purchases, and additional features like a live activity table at the bottom of the page. This feature doesn’t just show latest wins, but a transparent overview of all gameplay in GC and SC modes.
I could easily reach support from the account menu, and I found plenty of info in the footer. Some of the promos linked in the footer had actually finished a week or so earlier, so I was a bit confused to see them still listed.
One element that dampened the fun for me was the repeated pop-ups. The first-purchase bundle for $49.50 kept appearing as a promotional pop-up, and sometimes I had to close it three or more times before I could get back to the games. I don’t mind the occasional pop-up, but it was annoying to have to keep closing it repeatedly.
CrashDuel on Mobile

CrashDuel is just as intuitive to use on mobile devices. The navigation is the same with comprehensive options linked in the menu, but the layout is adjusted to suit handheld screens. There’s a bottom bar with the collapsed menu, a favorites button, home, search bar, and coin store, and the header has a home button and balance icon.
The lobby has the same scrolling banners at the top, reformatted to suit smaller screens, and various purchase options and games as you scroll down the page. The game tiles and win table are suitably resized thanks to the responsive formatting: all the platform’s features are optimized for mobile users.
All the games I tested loaded in portrait mode and ran great on my mobile browser, maintaining crisp graphics and smooth animations. Purchases and customer support also worked fine on mobile—overall, I found the CrashDuel mobile platform seamless and entertaining. Even the pop-up issue was slightly better on mobile, as I didn’t encounter the issue of having to close it multiple times.
CrashDuel App
There’s no CrashDuel mobile app available to download for iOS or Android devices. That’s not unusual, as there aren’t many sweepstakes casino apps available, and the mobile browser version works fine for cellphone gaming.
For a faster launch, you can save the PWA CrashDuel app shortcut to your mobile device home screen, linking straight to the CrashDuel website.
CrashDuel Games

|---|---|
| Slots | 2,510 |
| Jackpots | 10 |
| Table Games | 12 |
| Live Dealer Games | 4 |
| Average RTP | 95% |

CrashDuel has a total of 2773 games from 22 providers. There’s a good range of game types from classic slots and video table games to live novelty games and more. There’s room to improve, particularly when it comes to table games, although CrashDuel has already expanded the collection since launching with 1,500 games in 2025. Overall RTP hovers around 95%, which is decent but slightly below the 96+% gold-standard at the best sweepstakes casinos.
These are some of the leading game studios available at CrashDuel:

155.io
KA Gaming

Playson
Betsoft

Slot Games

Like most social casinos, CrashDuel makes up the bulk of the library with slot games: just over 2,500 in total. CrashDuel simplifies browsing through this sizable collection with helpful filters such as Classic Reels, Video Slots, Popular, provider filters and seasonally themed sections. Strangely, there’s no filter for Megaways or jackpot slots, despite these being popular slot variants. I’d like to see CrashDuel add options for these, but in the meantime I spotted plenty in the other sections.
I was impressed by the range of providers on offer, from industry leaders like 3 Oaks, BGaming and Novomatic, to niche studios like 155 and Shady Lady. This lineup delivers a mix of fan favorites - Gemhalla, 3 Hot Chillies, Snoop Dogg Dollars - and a range of new or unusual games to add some variety to regular gameplay.
I found some new favorites in this eclectic mix. Delulu’s Oh My Gods is a comedic take on the mythology slot theme, combining multiple pantheons into an asylum setting for a chaotic narrative and higher-power gameplay. I also enjoyed recent releases from the social-satire studio Shady Lady. Mortal Bromance proves there’s no one this developer won’t parody, while Sheeple takes merging multipliers to a new level with its sheep-people hybrids.
Table Games

CrashDuel has a small selection of virtual table games with one roulette game and 10 blackjack titles. I’d like to see more table games added and more variety, including poker, baccarat and other games. However, considering many sweepstakes casinos don’t have any table games, this is still a positive addition to the library.
I tried out the roulette game, American Roulette by BGaming, and a couple of blackjack games. American Roulette is an immersive first-person game with top-notch animations, sound effects, and visuals. Placing GC or SC wagers is straightforward with the user-friendly bet table, and I enjoyed the 3D effects of the wheel spinning. It’s a great choice for a virtual roulette game, although I’d like to see a few more variants added too.
There’s a bit more choice when it comes to blackjack, with Betsoft and Mascot Gaming joining BGaming in this category. As well as standard blackjack, there’s Pirate 21, Multihand, Surrender Multihand and 21 Burn Blackjack, to name a few.
I played a few rounds in Betsoft’s 21 Burn title, where I could play up to three simultaneous hands against the dealer with a “Burn” card option. This was another impressive visual experience, with a realistic-looking luxurious felt table and convincing card-dealing animations. The controls are straightforward and the game rules are easily accessible at any point.
Live Dealer & Gameshows

There are 12 live games on CrashDuel, all from innovative mobile-first studio 155. These aren’t live dealer table games or live hosted gameshows, but a mixture of marble racing, plinko, and other guess-the-outcome live games, or “chaos betting”. This studio caught my eye with its early releases and seems to be going from strength to strength, gaining popularity particularly at online social casinos like CrashDuel.
These unusual live games make a refreshing change of pace from casino-style classics. There’s something I find relaxing about the low-key streams without an exuberant presenter or high-stakes casino setting. During my CrashDuel review, I played a few games on Duck River and Fish Tank.
I enjoy this take on live games, but I’d like to see some of the usual live dealer or game show titles added to CrashDuel in future.
Other CrashDuel Games

The CrashDuel games collection is rounded out with 101 crash games, 104 fish shooters, 14 scratch cards, 15 plinko games and other arcade or instant-win titles. This is one of the strongest variety games sections I’ve seen in a while, and it’s a genuinely impressive collection rather than a few token additions.
I didn’t find the games repetitive or samey, with creative crash variants like KA’s Chicken Quest, Mascot Gaming’s retro arcade-style Skyrocket, and BGaming’s whimsical Tile Master. The Fish Games category has a lot more to it than the name suggests, packed with shooting-mechanism games with themes from deep sea to deep space, mech-bots to magic, and every theme I could imagine.
CrashDuel Payments: Purchases and Redemptions
As a social sweepstakes casino, CrashDuel is free to play, and there’s no purchase necessary to join, play, or win virtual coins. Gold Coins are available to purchase for players wishing to top up, but these are entirely optional.
| CrashDuel Payment Details | |
|---|---|
| Payment methods | Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Crypto, ACH Bank Transfer |
| Minimum purchase | $4.95 |
| Maximum purchase | $495 |
| Minimum prize redemption | 100 SC |
| Prize redemption time | 1-3 days on average |
CrashDuel’s optional GC bundles can be purchased via credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrencies via Coinflow. That’s a reasonable range of popular payment methods already, and CrashDuel says it’s planning to add pre-paid cards, PayPal, and ACH bank transfer purchases in future.
Purchases start from $4.95, which is around average for a sweepstakes casino. However, unlike most sweeps casinos, CrashDuel charges fees on purchases. The fees aren’t listed in the coin store, but I spotted the “service fees” at the checkout.
For fiat payments, fees seem to range between 5% and 13% of the purchase price, with a lower percentage fee on higher-priced purchases. These are some of the fees I saw on my purchase options during my CrashDuel review:
$0.68 service fee on a $4.95 purchase
$1.45 service fee on a $19.80 purchase
$2.98 service fee on a $49.50 purchase
$25.93 service fee on a $495 purchase
Crypto service fee of $0.15 on any purchase
If CrashDuel needs to charge processing fees, I expect to see that made clear before clicking through to the checkout, or for the fees to be included in the price shown in the coin store.
Once confirmed, purchases generally process instantly, although crypto payments can take up to 5 days to process depending on blockchain speeds.
Eligible SC can be redeemed for prizes from 100 SC for a $100 prize, via ACH bank transfer and card payouts. CrashDuel requires players to complete KYC verification before redeeming a prize, which is standard, although I had to earn 25 SC before I had the option to start KYC. The total time from the initial request to receiving the prize funds is 2–5 days, including approval and internal processing.

CrashDuel Customer Support
CrashDuel offers comprehensive customer support through multiple channels:
24/7 live chat
24/7 email (support@crashduel.com)
FAQ and Help Center
Active social media accounts
For general enquiries, the Help Center has detailed articles and information, or the live chat pop-up has a searchable FAQ. The live chat window allows players to connect with an AI agent or human support, and I was impressed with the response times and the level of detail from the chat. My messages generally got a response in a few minutes, and the agents were polite and helpful.
It’s a similar story with email support, although responses take longer at around a day. That’s fairly standard for email customer support, though, and the rapid live chat had me covered for real-time contact.
Where Is CrashDuel Legal?
CrashDuel operates under sweepstakes gaming regulations in the US, and there are currently 34 CrashDuel legal states. Exact rules vary between locations; for example, the minimum age is 18+ in some states and 21+ in others.
Sweepstakes gaming is not permitted in certain states, and you cannot use CrashDuel in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Washington D.C.
How to Sign-Up for CrashDuel
Signing up for CrashDuel is straightforward, although you’ll need to link your Facebook account to claim the free SC sweepstakes no deposit bonus. Here’s how I signed up and claimed my CrashDuel bonus:
Open CrashDuel using our secure link and click “Join” in the top right-hand corner.

Register in one click with Google or Facebook Single Sign On (SSO), or create a new account. Enter your email address, set your username and password, tick to agree to the T&Cs and click “Join”. You don’t need to enter a CrashDuel promo code at this step.
Open your email inbox and click the verification link to activate your account. This will redirect you to sign in using the account details you created earlier.

Sign in to receive 1,000 GC for free. If you didn’t register with Facebook, head to your account settings: this is in the top right corner on desktop or in the expandable menu on mobile. Link your Facebook account to receive 1 free SC.

(Optional) Click the “Store” button in the header or the “+” icon to open the coin store. Enter CrashDuel promo code LUCKY to activate the first-purchase bonus of a 100% boost up to 200,000 GC and 100 free SC.

Obtaining Coins at CrashDuel
CrashDuel games are played with virtual coins, but it’s different from most sweepstakes dual-currency systems. There are three virtual coins on CrashDuel: free-to-play Gold Coins, promotional and prize-redeemable Sweeps Coins, and tournament entries Fly Coins.
All coin types can be obtained for free and there’s no purchase necessary to play. While GC bundles are available for purchase, SC and FC cannot be purchased directly. Here’s an overview of the different coins and how to obtain them:

How to Redeem Prizes at CrashDuel
CrashDuel allows players to redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes, starting at 100 eligible SC for a $100 prize. Most SC must be played through once, although “Bonus Coins” obtained with a promo code have higher playthrough requirements of 5x or even up to 20x. Considering a 1x playthrough requirement is the standard at most sweepstakes casinos, and the highest I’ve seen elsewhere is 3x, this is disappointing to see.
To redeem a prize, players must complete KYC verification. This is only available after your balance reaches 25 SC. Although you don’t need to do this straight away, I recommend starting the verification process as soon as possible to avoid extra delays when redeeming a prize. Prize redemption officially takes 2–5 working days, including processing and approval, although most players found the payout time to be 1–3 days.
Sweeps Coins can be exchanged for cash prizes via your original purchase method or to a nominated bank account, or as e-gift cards sent to the email address linked to your account. I like that there’s a choice of prize format as some sites limit prizes to one method, although I’d prefer gift card prizes to have a lower threshold than 100 SC.
Prize requests are capped at $3,000 per day, and SC are valid for 60 days from the last login. If your account is inactive after sixty days your SC balance may be forfeited.
I spotted another restriction on CrashDuel “Bonus Coins” in the T&Cs. Requesting a redemption forfeits any Bonus Coins in your balance that haven’t been played through the required number of times. To avoid forfeiting any bonus coins, check your balance and game history before redemption.
Remember that bonus coins have higher playthrough requirements and are used after your standard SC balance, so consider whether it’s worth playing through a redeemable balance just to reach the bonus coins.
What’s the Difference Between CrashDuel and a Real Money Casino?
CrashDuel is a social sweepstakes casino, offering casino-style games with no purchase necessary. Unlike a real money casino, players cannot deposit or wager real money on CrashDuel, and virtual coin winnings have no real money value.
CrashDuel offers optional purchases of Gold Coins, but these are for entertainment purposes only and cannot be redeemed for prizes. The prize-redeemable currency, Sweeps Coins, is not available for purchase and is only awarded for free. SC winnings can be redeemed for cash or e-gift card prizes, but CrashDuel doesn’t award monetary prizes directly for gameplay. This means it operates under sweepstakes rules and isn’t legally classified as gambling.
Real money casinos follow strict gambling regulations, and online casino gambling is only legal in a handful of states. In comparison, sweepstakes gaming at sites like CrashDuel is permitted across most of the US. While social casinos don’t need a specific license to operate, the best sweepstakes casinos follow similar security and player protection policies as real money casinos. That includes data encryption, secure payment processes, identity verification, and responsible gaming tools.
Although the playable currencies differ (virtual coins instead of real money deposits), sweepstakes game libraries are very similar to real casinos. CrashDuel has thousands of online slot games and a selection of virtual table games, from some of the same developers like Novomatic and KA Gaming. However, CrashDuel and other social casinos have fewer table and live dealer games, and some providers limit their software to just social gaming or just real money gaming.
Is CrashDuel Legit? Safety Review
Yes, CrashDuel is a legit sweepstakes casino. CrashDuel is the first gaming platform from Thinkway Ltd, with US operations managed by Thinkway LLC in Delaware. As this is a relatively new company in the online gaming industry, there’s no established reputation to consider. However, the company info is displayed transparently in the footer & T&Cs, and I was able to find more information from the company website and other online activities.
The platform ticks all the essential boxes for player safety. Players must complete KYC verification before claiming prizes, data is secured with TLS 1.3 encryption, and key policies including the terms and conditions and privacy policy are easily accessible in the footer or Help Center.

CrashDuel Final Verdict
CrashDuel is an exciting new sweepstakes casino offering an impressive collection of 2,700+ games, regular promotions, and an attractive, user-friendly platform. For an unknown operator without the reputation of an established sweeps brand behind it, this social casino is ticking a lot of boxes. No platform is perfect, however, and there are a few bumps in the road for CrashDuel.
Despite the positive first impression of this well-designed platform, new players have a lackluster start with a small no-purchase bonus. The first-purchase bundles offer a decent boost, but the unusual 5x wagering requirements on bonus SC are a bit disappointing compared to the blanket 1x playthrough at almost every other sweeps casino.
There are plenty more promotions on offer with multiple weekly bonuses, although again the daily bonus has room to improve with the 1 SC daily play requirement. These restrictions let down what is otherwise a strong promotional offering, and I’d rate this section much higher if this improves.
Onto the games: CrashDuel proves there’s no need to compromise between quality, quantity, and variety. The provider list features a balance of big names and up-and-coming innovators, and there’s something for any casual gamer with slots, fixed jackpots, RNG blackjack, crash games, fish shooters, live “chaos” games and more. Again, there’s space to improve if CrashDuel adds more table games or some live dealer titles, but the existing collection is very accomplished.
Purchases and prizes are another mixed bag. I appreciate the range of accepted payment options, better than most alternatives, and processing times are generally average or better. My biggest issue here is that CrashDuel charges a service fee on purchases, but that’s not made clear until the checkout screen. Purchases are optional, though, so this won’t affect non-paying players.
The 100 SC redemption minimum is standard, and including gift card prizes gains CrashDuel some points. The complicated restrictions on “Bonus Coins” when it comes to wagering and redemptions keep CrashDuel from competing with the best sweepstakes casinos, in my opinion.
Overall, I enjoyed my time testing and reviewing CrashDuel, and I think it’s a great option for casual players. However, for sweepstakes gamers that like to make frequent purchases, or daily grinders looking for easy-to-claim free daily coins, this may not be the ideal platform.
How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos
All our sweepstakes casino reviews are based on direct, first-hand testing and verified data. We follow our rigorous rating methodology to ensure every review is fair, consistent, and covers all the details real players want to know.
We spend at least 12 hours on each platform across a full week to get an accurate picture, rather than a brief snapshot of one moment in time. During this CrashDuel review, I dedicated at least two hours to each of the following rating criteria:
User Experience: The direct experience of what it’s like to use the platform. We test the site on desktop and mobile devices, considering visual design, navigation, performance, and accessibility.
Promotions: Signing up first-hand allows us to test the welcome bonus directly - how easy it is to claim, what’s awarded, and whether there are any hidden T&Cs. We try out other promotions including purchase bonuses, regular tournaments, and free-to-claim bonuses.
Games: We explore the library and evaluate the variety of games, quality of providers, and total number on offer. We’re looking for a mixture of popular and recognisable names plus exciting and innovative additions. Games should run in portrait and landscape mode to suit all devices, and we want to see fair minimum play amounts.
Purchases and Redemptions: While coin purchases are entirely optional, they’re a significant element of sweepstakes gaming. We explore the options and make real purchases to accurately rate the value and speed of transactions. Positives here include low minimums, a variety of payment methods, no fees or clear disclosures, and fast processing times. For prize redemptions, we want to see fair terms and achievable thresholds, with no hidden restrictions.
Customer Support: Our baseline for good customer support is clear and accessible information, multiple channels, and some form of real-time response. We reach out personally with real queries, evaluating the helpfulness of responses and the time it takes to resolve our issues.

Why You Should Trust Us
At WSN, our team of industry experts share decades of personal and professional experience in the igaming sector. We build on our individual expertise with first-hand testing and direct engagement with the platforms we review. We also keep on top of the latest market trends and regulatory changes to ensure we stay accurate and compliant.
We prioritize verified data and real experiences over sales talk and surface-level descriptions. When carrying out our research, we follow strict editorial guidelines to ensure our reviews are comparable and replicable. This framework centers on key pillars of the real-player journey, thoroughly evaluating everything from promotional terms to payment processes, verifying game numbers and putting customer support through their paces.
Everything you read in a WSN review is our honest perspective: we don’t gloss over any concerning elements we find. If something about a platform doesn’t meet our high standards, we’ll tell you straight up. Equally, if we recommend a platform, it’s because it genuinely impressed us and is one we’d be happy to use ourselves.
Responsible Gameplay
CrashDuel supports responsible social gameplay and has measures in place for players to access support if needed. The Responsible Gaming policy is linked in the footer, or you can find it in the Help Center or in your account.
This page explains how to spot warning signs of compulsive gaming and other problem gaming behaviours, and explains the account management tools. It also links to national support resources including the National Council on Problem Gambling and the 24/7 helpline on 1-800-522-4700 or 1-800-MY-RESET.
Account tools include a purchase limit, restricting the amount you can spend over a specified time period, and self-exclusion. Players can exclude their account for one week, three months, six months, or permanently, as well as take temporary Time Outs or permanently close the account.
For more information on responsible gameplay, head to the dedicated WSN Responsible Gambling Center. This expert-led hub contains information on compulsive gaming in various forms, with a self-assessment questionnaire, state-specific support, and other resources to help individuals struggling with problem gaming and their friends or family.
