White Hat Gaming to Supply Player Account Management (PAM) Products to WynnBET

As more and more legal sports betting markets launch in the U.S. (with over thirty right now and counting), one ongoing concern on both sides of the wager is a safe and efficient betting environment, which is ensured by a sportsbook’s player account management (PAM) tools.

In an effort to upgrade their existing player environment, WynnBet sportsbook has plans to partner up with iGaming software developer White Hat Gaming, a company that offers “cutting-edge PAM solutions,” that’s According to Lou De Aguila’s report in the Golden Casino News.

This is part of White Hat’s plan of “aggressive expansion” into the various U.S. legal sports betting markets, a fertile ground that continues to widen as more states take advantage or their relatively new right to legalize, regulate, launch, and tax their own sports betting markets.

According to GCN, during a July interview, White Hat Studios CEO Andy Whitworth stated that “it would be worth the risk to wait until additional states implement updated gambling legislation before taking action,” a solid plan given that more states are joining in on that lucrative market.

Each state sets up unique legal sports betting market that makes sense for their resident gamblers, some with just retail or mobile options, many others with both, so each set of PAM tools will most likely be programmed to fit whatever that market demands.

PAM tools are an essential part of modern gambling.

White Hat’s PAM Tools Include Proprietary Cashier, RGS Integrations, Traveling Wallet

White Hat is clever in that they identified a market need and created a set of proprietary PAM tools that they could lease to other companies in order to keep their betting environment running safely and efficiently, something that many unregulated sportsbook markets fail to do.

In terms of specific tools, according to GCN, White Hat has three that it offers that set them apart from other such companies:

·       Proprietary Cashier

·       Numerous RGS integrations

·       Traveling Wallet Function

White Hat’s Travelling Wallet Function is a tool that took home the award for Innovation of the Year at the SBC North America Awards in 2022, so it is clear that they are thinking outside the box in terms of what this new-ish industry needs to operate safely and smoothly.

WynnBET and White Hat Gaming Partnership Becomes Official in 2023

The WynnBET and White Hat Gaming partnership “won’t be considered official until 2023,” according to GCN, which is when WynnBET will reportedly be debuting in regulated U.S. markets for the first time,

White Hat Gaming is becoming a “dominant player in the North American Market,” says De Aguila, listing other similar deals including one in September with a cross-platform global game company called Light & Wonder in Michigan which signed an exclusive deal with the company.

That was followed by an agreement with MaximBet in Indiana, a gradual expansion in the U.S. that will no doubt be magnified exponentially through word of mouth once bettors begin to experience the difference in safety and ease of use while using those high-level PAM tools.
