Chalkboard Promo Code for October 1, 2026

Here are the Chalkboard welcome offer terms as of October, 2026.

Chalkboard Promo Code Offer Overview

Chalkboard delivers its welcome offer as a New User Pack, which unlocks once you verify your account. Inside is a deposit match card worth 100% of your first deposit up to $100, and a New User Free Square.

The match is the part that needs reading closely. Deposit $100 and you get $100 in bonus funds, but neither can be withdrawn until you've entered contests worth both amounts combined, $200 in this case. Winnings don't wait for that, though. If a $10 entry pays out $20, that $20 is yours to withdraw right away, and you'd still have $190 of play-through left. Bonus funds themselves never become cash; only what they win does.

Chalkboard also decides which balance pays for your entries. Your deposited funds go first, and bonus funds only cover an entry when it costs more than your remaining deposited balance.

The Free Square is simpler. It shows up on the board as a 0.5 projection and is graded as a win even if the player records nothing. The one rule is that it can't carry an entry alone: you pair it with at least one pick whose outcome isn't guaranteed. It also can't share an entry with other promo markets or promo cards.

Showdowns itself is Chalkboard's peer-to-peer DFS game. You pick 2 to 8 player projections from at least two teams, and each pick adds its own multiplier to your payout. Max Cash entries need every pick to hit, while Shield Play entries still pay with up to two misses. Payouts include your entry fee and top out at 5,000x or $40,000, and the minimum entry is $1.

Chalkboard Promo Code Not Working?

Most Chalkboard promo code problems trace back to one of six things.

1. You entered the code wrong or skipped it. The code goes in the Promo Code field at signup, exactly as written.

2. You haven't finished verifying. The New User Pack only unlocks after identity verification.

3. You're outside a Showdowns state. The deposit match applies to peer-to-peer DFS, which runs in 25 states plus DC. Players in Social Sports Picks states get a different Coins offer instead.

4. Your Free Square won't go in. It needs at least one other pick alongside it, and it can't share an entry with a promo card or another promo market.

5. You already have an account. Chalkboard allows one account per person, with a limit of three devices and one phone number.

6. You can't withdraw yet. Your deposit and bonus have to be played through 1x first. Winnings from individual entries are withdrawable as soon as they land.

Chalkboard Promos for Existing Users

Chalkboard runs three layers of promos after the welcome offer: promo markets on the board, promo packs you earn through XP, and contests on its social channels. Winnings from all of them arrive as bonus funds with a 1x play-through.

Promo markets sit right on the board. Free Squares are guaranteed wins, Anchors come with discounted projections, and Boosts keep the original line but raise the multiplier. Cut the Line markets drop a player's projection as a Chalkboard social post collects reposts, for example 1 passing yard off for every 5 reposts. Each promo market has to go on its own entry.

Promo packs come from Chalkboard's XP loyalty program. You earn XP by placing entries and keeping streaks, and every new XP level unlocks a Level Up Pack with 3 cards. Those cards include:

• Deposit Match: bonus funds based on a percentage of your next deposit.

• Free Entry: a free entry at a set entry fee.

• Payout Boost: 10%, 25%, 30%, or 50% more on any winning entry.

• Player, Stat and League Boosts: extra payout on entries with a specific player, stat category, or league.

• Respawn: a refund on a losing entry, claimed within 48 hours of grading, up to the card's limit.

• Stat Turbo: Walk the Line counts a player's walks toward Total Bases in MLB, and Moneyball counts NBA three-pointers as 4 points.

Promo cards can't be combined with each other or with promo markets.

Social promos run periodically on Chalkboard's X, Instagram, and Discord accounts. The main one is Rewind, which refunds a set number of losing entries submitted in the comments of a designated post.

Best MLB DFS Picks for October 1, 2026

This three-pick Showdowns entry comes from the only MLB game today: Game 3 of the NL Wild Card Series, Phillies at Braves at 8:00 PM ET at Truist Park, with the series tied 1-1. Neither team had listed a starter by this morning, so all three picks are hitters, and they come from both teams, which meets Chalkboard's two-team rule.

1. Kyle Schwarber total bases: Higher
Schwarber averaged 1.9 total bases per game this season (292 over 156 games), with 45 home runs and an .857 OPS.

2. 2. Matt Olson total bases: Higher
Olson averaged 1.9 total bases per game (314 over 162 games), with 41 home runs and an .823 OPS.

3. 3. Austin Riley hits + runs + RBIs: Lower
Riley averaged 1.6 hits + runs + RBIs per game (124 hits, 64 runs and 72 RBIs over 159 games), with a .219 batting average and a .654 OPS.
