Featured Matchup: Sabres vs. Ducks

The Buffalo Sabres head out west to take on the Anaheim Ducks at the Honda Center on Thursday night. Both clubs enter this 2026 clash with plenty to prove, relying heavily on dynamic young scorers and fast transitional play. Buffalo features high-end offensive threats like Tage Thompson and Rasmus Dahlin, while Anaheim counters on home ice with rising playmakers Mason McTavish, Leo Carlsson, and Troy Terry.

Meetings between these two teams tend to be wide-open battles with plenty of odd-man rushes. Both coaching staffs want to establish early puck control, which makes the opening period critical. With the current DraftKings promo code promotion, sports fans can explore dozens of betting options on this game, from the straight moneyline to individual player point props.

How to Use DraftKings Promo Code for Sabres vs. Ducks

Sports betting should always be treated as casual entertainment, and you should never bet money you cannot afford to lose. The DraftKings promo code deal gives you bonus credits regardless of your qualifying bet outcome, making it smart to manage your risk carefully:

• Place your initial $5 qualifying wager on a simple, straightforward market like the standard moneyline or game total. Since the bonus releases regardless of the outcome, you do not need to risk large sums of money.

• Because DraftKings bonus bets do not return the original stake in your payout, sports betting math generally favors backing plus-money lines (such as a team covering the -1.5 puck line at +180 or an alternate player prop) rather than heavy favorites with low returns.

• Keep your bonus wagers focused on single games or modest two-leg combinations rather than lottery-ticket parlays that reduce your chances of converting credits into real cash.

• You only have 168 hours to use each batch of bonus bets once claimed, so make sure to check the sports calendar each week and avoid letting credits expire unused.
