RealPrize is a brand new social casino founded in 2023 and accepting players from 38 states in the US right now. My review covers everything you need to know about RealPrize, including the software and games, my opinions on what works and what doesn’t, and how you can sign up and claim your RealPrize bonus now.

RealPrize User Experience ⭐3/5

RealPrize provides a solid user experience, but there are areas where it could improve.

The general design of the sweepstake is bright and simple. Pretty much the whole screen is taken up with the selection of games, with a collapsible menu that contains links to some other parts of the site, including the Store and the Redemption area. I like the switch at the top of the screen that lets you flip between Gold Coin mode and Sweeps mode quickly and smoothly.

The gaming menu is fairly basic, but pretty nicely laid out. It consists mostly of slots but there are separate sections for Table Games and Instant Wins. There’s a search bar that lets you look for specific games, but its formatting and the way the results pop up are a little clunky. It’s a good microcosm for the site as a whole, but a couple of simple tweaks away from being really great.

The RealPrize casino also has a Responsible Social Gambling section, which is always a big plus in my book. It also provides some useful tools to help you manage your playing time, including the ability to set a daily, weekly, or monthly purchase limit on Gold Coins, as well as the ability to turn on notifications suggesting you take a break. That said, the Responsible Gambling section is a bit of a wall of text at the moment and could be presented more effectively.

Purchasing coins is pretty straightforward. It’s as simple as choosing your package, payment method, and typing in your details. Just like any online purchase.

Unfortunately, there is no RealPrize mobile app, but the site has been optimized for access via mobile browser. I found it was more of the same when I played on my phone, with the mobile site effectively a nicely scaled down but very similar version of the desktop one.

Overall, RealPrize does the important things well. It’s easy to sign up, the games load smoothly in both GC and SC mode, and there’s no waiting around for bonuses. From a purely aesthetic perspective, RealPrize isn’t the most beautiful or interesting social casino I've ever seen. For this reason, I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 for user experience.

RealPrize Promotions and Bonuses ⭐3.5/5

RealPrize has a good welcome bonus, especially for brand new players and beginners, but when it comes to the ongoing promotions, there is room for improvement.

One issue, which would be a very easy fix, is for RealPrize to include a dedicated promotions section on the site, as most social casinos do. Without one, it's harder to know what’s going on in terms of promotions and generally doesn’t create any excitement.

RealPrize Welcome Offer

To claim the RealPrize welcome promo, you'll only have to create your account, verify it, and you'll get 100,000 Gold Coins + 2 Sweeps Coins. This is fantastic because no deposit is required to claim your promo. If you’re looking for a social casino that hooks you up with a good supply of free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins right off the bat, RealPrize is perfect.

To create your account, you'll only need to provide your full name, email, password, and mobile phone. As soon as your account is created and verified, you’ll find your coins ready and waiting to start playing. It’s a great introduction to the platform and just about the lowest barrier to entry for any social casino out there.

For this reason, the RealPrize welcome bonus pretty much gets full marks from me.

RealPrize Bonus Code

There is no RealPrize promo code required to unlock your welcome bonus. This is another positive in my book, and it means everyone gets the same bonus without having to go through a convoluted opt-in process. Simply registering for an account is enough.

Daily Login Bonus

Every 24 hours that you log into RealPrize, your account is credited with a bonus: 5,000 GC and 0.30 SC. This is a good offer, simple and easy to understand, and the perfect way to keep your coin balances ticking over without having to reach out for your wallet.

That said, this is pretty much the extent of the on-going promotions available on the RealPrize.

I’d love to see them get a bit more creative and ramp up the offers. For instance, making the daily login bonus progressively more valuable when you log in on consecutive days (like Fortune Coin does) or having a prize wheel that hands out random bonuses (like at Funrize Casino). A VIP or loyalty program would be nice too.

In my opinion, although I like the daily bonus, there's room for improvement, especially in the ongoing promotions section. Certain features that are commonly found in social casinos are missing, which is why I'm giving it a rating of only 3.5 out of 5. Hopefully, they'll address these issues, and I'll gladly change my ratings since I do believe that RealPrize has potential.

RealPrize Games ⭐3.5/5

Beisde adding a promo page I do hope to see a bit more game variety in RealPrize casino games, since right now it's mostly slots. If slots are your thing, you’re going to love RealPrize Casino. But if you want more variation from your social gaming menu, you might be disappointed.

Slot Games

RealPrize is a slot player’s dream. Slots make up the vast majority of the gaming menu, with well over 200 different titles from some of the top software providers in the industry, including EvoPlay, and Pragmatic Play. My favorite social casinos are the ones that feature games from designers that have experience in the world of real money gambling, so I was very happy to see so many classic Pragmatic Play games.

You can find social versions of the likes of Big Bass Bonanza, Buffalo King, and Wolf Gold, all available to play in both Gold Coin mode and Sweeps Coin mode.

I had a lot of fun testing out the slots at RealPrize. I found the software smooth and dependable, with no lag or loading issues. One minor criticism is that I would like an information tag on each game, showing things like the volatility rating and RTP. At the moment, you need to actually open each game individually and check the settings to find that info.

The layout of the menu is simple but effective, with the games split up into different categories. I like the Best For You section, which suggests new games based on your history. The search bar is always a useful addition, too.

Unfortunately, RealPrize doesn’t currently have progressive jackpot slots, which is a shame.

Table Games

Table games are not RealPrize’s specialty. During my RealPrize review, there were just four games in the Table Games section of the menu: Video Poker, Oasis Poker, Teen Patti, and Texas Hold’em. You probably don’t need me to tell you that there is room for improvement here. For a start, I'd like to see some blackjack and slots games, plus more classic table games like baccarat, craps, and keno.

There is also an Instant Win section, which I was happy to see. It includes both bingo and scratch games, which are a nice addition to the overall selection and a fun variation.

To sum up, slots and poker games are great! Everything else, not so much.

Live Dealer Games

RealPrize does not currently include any live dealer games. Obviously, this isn’t ideal and it would be nice to see them added down the line.

At the same time, live dealer games are still relatively rare in the world of social casinos and many social gamblers aren’t coming to sites like RealPrize looking for a live casino experience.

I’d like to see RealPrize start by building out its selection of virtual table games and maybe move on to live games down the line. For now, I only have positive things to say about the slot situation.

RealPrize Payments ⭐4.5/5

All the games at RealPrize are available to play for free. There is no financial risk involved, and if you prefer not to, you can play every single day without ever reaching for your wallet. That said, RealPrize does allow you to purchase additional coins if you wish.

The payment details are below:

RealPrize Payment Details
Payment methodsCredit Card, Debit Card, and Bank Transfer
Minimum purchase$2
Maximum purchase$300
Minimum prize redemption45 SC for Gift Card, 100 SC for Cash Redemption
Prize redemption time2-3 days on average

My banking experience at RealPrize was very positive. You can purchase Gold Coins in two ways: using a bank card or a bank transfer. I tested out both, and both worked perfectly, with the transaction happening pretty much instantly each time. The coins landed in my account as soon as the payment was completed.

I started by purchasing the minimum package worth $2 and later went for the $35 discount option, which included 70 free Sweeps Coins. I have no complaints about the payment process at RealPrize, which I would put at least on par with the other most popular sweeps casinos in the US, like Chumba and Wow Vegas

RealPrize does lose some points here, however for not offering any e-wallet payment options. I’d love to see something like Skrill added or some other non-traditional banking methods.

I’m going to explain how prize redemptions work in detail below, but the process was similarly smooth for me. My cash prize arrived in my bank account around two days after it was requested, and my gift card came even quicker.

RealPrize Customer Support ⭐4/5

The customer support at RealPrize is very good. First up, I want to shout out the help section, which has a huge range of articles and FAQs explaining how the site works. Whenever I had a question or a doubt during my RealPrize review, the vast majority of the time it was answered there.

I also like that you can see when each FAQ was uploaded by the support team, including in the last couple of weeks when I checked. This indicates to me that RealPrize is proactively continuing to expand and update its support options in response to the issues its customers run into.

If you need to reach out to RealPrize personally, your main option is to send a request and wait for an email response. I tried this a few times and found it satisfactory. I received replies within a few hours or the next day, and they answered my questions well. However, if you need immediate assistance, this might not be the best choice due to the absence of 24/7 live chat support, which I prefer for its convenience.

Where is RealPrize Legal?

RealPrize is legal in every state in the US, apart from the following:

  • Arkansas

  • Georgia

  • Hawaii

  • Idaho

  • Kentucky

  • Michigan

  • Nevada

  • New York

  • North Dakota

  • Tennessee

  • Vermont

  • Washington

RealPrize is still a relatively new social casino and I wouldn’t be surprised if it became available in more of these states in the near future. In terms of the number of states you can play in, RealPrize is just behind the leading social casinos. For instance, Chumba Casino is available in every state except Michigan, Montana, and Washington.

How to Sign-Up for RealPrize

Signing up for RealPrize is a breeze. I’ve gone through the registration process at dozens of social casinos in the US and it’s on par with the other top sites in my opinion. It literally took me under a minute to get my account set up and start playing games.

Here’s my step-by-step guide:

  1. Start the process: Click the red “SIGNUP” button at the top right hand side of the RealPrize site.

  2. Personal details: Type in your name and email address. Create a unique password for your account. You can also choose to sign up using your existing Facebook or Google login details.

  3. Accept the terms: You’ll need to check a couple of boxes, indicating that you accept RealPrize’s terms and conditions and that you are at least 18 years old.

  4. Confirm: Click the red “Create Account” button.

  5. Verify your email: A link will be sent to your email address, which you can click to complete the process.

And you’re done! Like I said, it's extremely straightforward, and you’ll find 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins waiting in your account, ready to start playing.

That’s enough to get your account up and running, but there are a few more steps required to fully unlock all the features, including prize redemption. For starters, you’ll need to verify your phone number by typing in the verification code sent to your phone.

Obtaining Coins at RealPrize

All the games at RealPrize can be played for free, using either Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins.

Gold Coins are the basic currency. They can only be used to play the games at RealPrize in Gold Coin mode and can’t be cashed out or redeemed for any kind of prize. You get 100,000 GC for free as soon as you sign up, plus another 5,000 free GC every 24 hours when you log in. While it's not necessary, you have the option to buy Gold Coins if you need more or want to boost your account. Sometimes, when you make a purchase, you also receive bonus Sweeps Coins for free.

You can purchase Gold Coins by clicking the Get Coins button, choosing the package you want to buy and completing the transaction.

Sweeps Coins are the currency used when you play the games in sweepstakes mode. They can never be purchased and are essentially tokens that can be used to enter sweepstakes contests.

Similar to Gold Coins, you'll receive some Sweeps Coins for free upon signing up and regularly through daily login bonuses. There are other avenues to acquire free Sweeps Coins as well, such as through email promotions and social media giveaways when you follow RealPrize. However, in my experience, RealPrize isn't as active on social media compared to some competitors.

Unlike Gold Coins, winning additional Sweeps Coins allows you to redeem them for prizes.

How To Redeem Prizes at RealPrize

Redeeming prizes is relatively simple, but there's an important point to note: you can only redeem Sweeps Coins that you've won, not those received for free. In other words, any Sweeps Coins acquired, such as through a daily login bonus, must meet a 1x wagering requirement before you can claim prizes.

Next, before you can redeem any prizes for the first time, you need to verify your identity. I’d recommend doing this as soon as you create your account, to save yourself the headache later on.

Verifying your account is a three step process, which you can begin by clicking the Redeem button (even if you don’t have any eligible Sweeps Coins yet):

  1. ID Verification

  2. Proof of Address

  3. SSN

For each step, you'll need to upload the corresponding document, which gets checked by RealPrize’s customer support team. I found the whole process relatively easy, but it does take a little time and effort, including waiting for each step to be confirmed separately. The good news is that you only need to do this once.

Once you’re verified and have won some Sweeps Coins, you’re ready to claim your prize. There are two prize options at RealPrize:

  1. Gift card (minimum 45 Sweeps Coins)

  2. Cash (minimum 100 Sweeps Coins)

Gift cards get sent to the email address that is associated with your account. Cash prizes get sent back via the same method you used to buy Gold Coins. If this isn’t possible, you can nominate a bank account in your name that matches the registered details of your account.

Redeeming prizes at RealPrize was hassle-free for me. When I tested both cash prizes and gift cards, the gift cards were credited to my account on the same day I requested them. The cash prize took a bit longer, arriving after two days, but overall, the process was smooth.

What’s The Difference Between RealPrize and a Real Money Casino?

Compared with traditional real money casinos, social sites like RealPrize are very different. From a legal point of view, they are in a totally different category. The games at RealPrize are not legally considered a form of gambling, and you can’t use real money to play them. This is why RealPrize is available in so many states that don’t offer legal online gambling and why it doesn’t require a gambling license. Instead, the games and prizes at RealPrize are considered a form of sweepstakes contest.

You can’t deposit and withdraw money in the same way you can at a real-money casino. Many people don’t even bother with prize redemptions and just play for fun in Gold Coin mode.

At the same time, sweepstakes casinos like RealPrize offer a good alternative in states without legal online casinos. Many of the games at RealPrize are social versions of the same games you can find at real money casinos, designed by reputable software providers like Pragmatic Play.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos

We have one very simple rule that guides all of our review pages: everything we write is based on first hand experience with the site. We actually sign up, claim the bonuses, purchase the coins, and request the prize redemptions. This means we discover how sites work for ourselves, rather than just reporting what they advertise about themselves. It also means we can easily compare and contrast the best social casinos in the US.

Our reviewers are asked to spend at least two hours researching the following five factors before every review:

  1. User Experience: What does it feel like to use the site? Is it beginner friendly? Is there a mobile app? How could the software be improved?

  2. Games: We spend a lot of time playing games, making sure we cover a cross section of the entire gaming menu. To be honest, this is the most fun part of the process!

  3. Promotions: We opt-in to every single promotion available, considering its value and accessibility. We also go deep into any tricky terms and conditions our readers should be aware of.

  4. Purchase and Redemption: We go through the process of purchasing coins and redeeming prizes from start to finish, making sure to test out every payment method available. We want the process to be simple, free, and, above all, fast.

  5. Customer Support: We systematically go through all of the customer support options available on a site, starting with the help section or FAQs. We contact the team personally, via live chat, email, and phone, with a preselected set of questions, to evaluate their efficiency.

We also have a team of post-production editors who dedicate five hours per month to making sure the information in our reviews is still up to date.

Why You Should Trust Us

The team at WSN.com is made up of gambling fans, first and foremost. If we weren’t being paid to write about these sites, we’d still be playing on them. All of this passion and experience is present in every page on our site and every review we write, from sportsbooks to social casinos.

We want to share our opinions and experiences with our readers. If there’s something we don’t like or something we think could be improved, we call it out. We want to identify the best sites and we want to help you find them too.

RealPrize Final Verdict

There is a lot to like about RealPrize already, and in my opinion, it’s just a few tweaks away from being really excellent. The site was only founded in 2023 and it feels like it’s still early days.

I’d love to see the software and site design get a bit of a makeover. At the moment, it’s very functional but just not the most attractive compared with the best social casinos. For a start, I'd like the search bar to get redesigned and a Promotions section added to the menu.

Aside from the cosmetic stuff, the games themselves are great: quick to load, smooth gameplay from top class software providers. If slots are your thing, you’ll love the gaming menu. I’d like to see more table games added however, and maybe live dealer tables down the line.

I love the welcome bonus package, which provides both GC and SC immediately as soon as you sign up. The daily login bonus is good, but I’d like to see some more on-running promos added, to keep things interesting and take the bonus offers to the next level. Purchasing coins, redeeming prizes and customer support all get big thumbs up from me.

Overall, I’m giving RealPrize 3.7/5 and I’m excited to monitor how the site evolves.

Responsible Gameplay

Even though social casinos aren’t technically casinos, they still need to be treated with caution. Any time real money is involved, like with purchasing Gold Coins and redeeming Sweeps Coins, you need to make sure you are practicing responsible gambling and playing within your means. Don’t go chasing prizes and remember that sites like PrizePlay are businesses that ultimately exist to make money from selling coin packages.

PrizePlay does offer some useful tools to help with responsible gameplay:

  1. Activity Reminder: This kicks in after every hour of consecutive playing and suggests you take a break. Regular breaks are an important part of paying responsibly.

  2. Purchase Limit: Lets you set a limit on the amount of Gold Coins you can purchase over a given time. This helps you manage your spending and stay within your budget.

  3. Take a Break: You can send a request to [email protected] to temporarily lock your account if you want to cool off for a while. Once requested you won’t be able to log back until this period is over, which can be 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days.

  4. Self Exclusion: If you want to stop playing permanently, you can ban yourself from the site by emailing a request to [email protected].
