Additionally, there are two crash games: ‘Space XY’ and ‘Gift X’. Again, this is a sign that McLuck is willing to go the extra mile with its gaming catalog. 

All of this makes the lack of virtual table games strange. It’s not a huge deal, but even for the sake of completionism, I would expect the likes of blackjack, roulette and baccarat. It’s the one small black spot in an otherwise flawless gaming selection.

All the games available on Mcluck can be enjoyed without spending any money. Each day, you’ll receive a free number of GCs and SCs, so you’ll always be able to play games without risking any real money. However, if you run out of coins or simply want to boost your bankroll, it is possible to purchase GCs. When you do, you may receive some free SCs as a bonus.

McLuck offers GC packages of different sizes. They start at $1.99 for 4,000 GCs and go up to $99.99 for 200,000 GCs. Each GC purchase comes with a number of free SCs. The bigger your GC purchase, the more free SCs you are awarded.

For my first purchase, I chose the special one-time offer where you can grab 50,000 GCs and 25 free SCs for $9.99, worth 150% more than usual. I was disappointed that only VISA and Mastercard are available as payment methods. Social casinos tend to have fewer payment options, but McLuck’s options are lower than average. 

Purchasing my GCs is pretty straightforward. I started off by clicking the red “Get Coins” button in the menu, choosing the package, and then clicking “Pay Now”. I was asked to input my card details and billing address, similar to any other online transaction. Once I did that, my purchase was processed instantly, and I could start playing with my coins right away.

Cash redemptions are carried out using the same payment method used for purchase. After I met the minimum requirement of 75 SCs, I requested a prize redemption. It took 6 days for it to be processed, as McLuck had to verify my account for the first time. My second redemption, in comparison, only took 4 days to arrive. 

In my experience, this is pretty average for a social casino, but if they introduced options like PayPal or Skrill, these transactions could be even faster. McLuck will take longer to process larger redemptions. Requesting gift cards takes a much shorter time, with a minimum of just 10 SCs. McLuck sent me the gift card through email each time within a few hours.

McLuck has several customer support options if you have any issues or questions. It is rare for a social casino to have a phone number, live chat, email, and contact form, so I was very impressed.

Firstly, I looked at the FAQ section to see if it could answer any of the questions for this review, but I found that it only had basic information without much on sweepstakes gaming. So, I sent off a few emails and used the contact form. They function similarly, but the contact form on the website can only be accessed by registered users. I received an email response in a couple of days, which was a bit slow even for email support.
