My NBA player prop picks have been hot, and I’ve got another batch of my best bets to share for Thursday.
Jaden McDaniels drilled two threes to cash our plus-money pick bet yesterday as the Minnesota Timberwolves upset the Denver Nuggets, while Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s 34 points and seven assists helped the Oklahoma City Thunder take down the Boston Celtics in TD Garden.
Thursday’s schedule is headlined by Luka Doncic and the Los Angeles Lakers, who will face Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokoumpo in Milwaukee at 7:30 ET.
Here are the best NBA player prop bets to target on Thursday, March 13.

With LeBron James out of the lineup due to a groin injury and Reaves struggling to find his shot, he should shoulder a large amount of the Lakers’ playmaking responsibilities. He dropped 10 times in his last game and the team’s first without James and will need to ease the burden placed on Luka Doncic.
The Bucks are 19th in assists allowed per game to opposing point guards and gave up 17 assists to Tyrese Haliburton and T.J. McConnell in their last outing. LA’s Luka-centric game plan didn’t work against the Brooklyn Nets, and putting Reaves on the ball more would benefit all parties involved.

The Sacramento Kings’ big man played one minute against the Houston Rockets on March 1, which was his last time on the court. He leads the league in rebounds per game, but he went under this line in his two most recent complete games.
Although Sabonis recorded at least 13 rebounds in all three matchups with the Golden State Warriors, he likely won’t be allowed to play more than 30 minutes in his return to action coming off an injury. The Warriors are also 11th in rebounds allowed per game over the last month and are tougher on the glass with Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green both in the lineup.

Once a key cog in the Denver Nuggets’ NBA Finals-winning team, Brown has now been relegated to being a fill-in starter for the New Orleans Pelicans, one of the worst teams in the NBA. He scored 12 points in 30 minutes in his last game but went under in eight of nine games before that, bringing him to 2-8 on the over/under since he was traded to New Orleans.
Brown appears ready to get another start due to the Pelicans’ piling injuries, but he’s about to go against an Orlando Magic squad that allowed the fewest points per game. Brown is way down the pecking order with both Zion Williamson and CJ McCollum available, and he should struggle for clean looks against a great defense.

The departures of DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine have made White, who averaged 19.1 points on 14.9 shots per game, the primary perimeter scoring option and oftentimes the primary option overall, even usurping Nikola Vucevic. He took 21 shots per game in five games this month and seems poised to continue a similar trajectory.
As White has started taking more shots, his assist numbers have fallen. He went under this line in six of his last seven games and is about to face the Brooklyn Nets, who are about league-average in assists allowed per game and who kept White to four assists when they met earlier this season.

Beasley is still shooting the leather off of the ball, making 3.9 threes per game on 42 percent shooting for the season. He also went over against the Washington Wizards on Tuesday, going 4-6 from distance to bounce back from back-to-back unders in the preceding days.
While Beasley is preparing to face the Wizards again, we have a sneaking suspicion that he will go under against a Wizards defense that is better than it is believed to be. The Wiz allowed the sixth-lowest percentage of “open,” defined as shots taken with the nearest defender 4-6 feet away, threes and were 12th in three-pointers allowed per game over the last month of action.

-Los Angeles Lakers at Milwaukee Bucks (-6.5)
Luka Doncic 3+ threes: Doncic went over this line in six straight games, and the Bucks are 18th in made threes allowed per game.
Brook Lopez under 1.5 threes: He went under in six of his last eight games, and the Lakers are 12th in three-pointers allowed per game in 2025 and will play a small-ball lineup.
Kyle Kuzma over 6.5 rebounds: Went over in nine of 15 games with the Bucks and should be able to capitalize on the Lakers’ lack of size with James, Rui Hachimura and Jaxson Hayes out.
