This market is one you will feel almost compelled to bet the OVER. This is Caitlin Clark we are talking about here; she was a three-point machine in college! Surely, things will snap into place this week, and she’ll have a big day from behind the arc. Right?
With how she’s been shooting this season—no. We know she’s capable of more, but she’s hit four three-pointers twice this season and hasn’t done so in her last five. In her previous game against the Storm, she went 2-8.
Her shot is hard to trust, but she has been contributing in other ways more and more with each game. Against the Storm, she pulled down seven boards and dished out seven assists. She’s gone over 12.5 in four of eight games this season.
If this market had minus money odds, we’d say pass. But since it has plus money odds, we think there’s value here.
Yes, we said the OVER despite Loyd failing to score 22 points in five of seven games this season. Foolish risk? Not at all. Loyd is a scoring machine, and she’ll be facing the worst defense in the WNBA, against whom she put up a season-high 32 last week.

While Brink was a scoring threat in college and has had a couple of good games on the scoreboard, her contributions come more on the defensive end of the court. She could certainly pull down seven or eight rebounds, but it is hard to say she’ll score enough to make up the difference.
Don’t bank on it. Take the UNDER.
To Record a Double-Double at -240
Between her point and rebound totals in each game, Hamby has gone OVER 29.5 points and rebounds in five of six games. The one outlier was her last game, Tuesday night vs. the Fever when she had 17 points and ten rebounds. With how she’s been playing, it would be a surprise if she did not go OVER 29.5 points and rebounds.
She has recorded a double-double in her last four games and five of six this season.
With the exception of her last game on Tuesday, Mabrey has gone over 29.5 points, rebounds, and assists in every game. Seattle appears to be an outlier, but as her last game, it is hard to overlook. If you combine her three season averages, you get less than 28.5 (28). So—why take the OVER?
Eliminate her last game from the equation, and she averaged 19.3 points, seven rebounds, and 5.5 assists.
