WNBA Player Props and Best Bets: Clark, Reese Out With Injuries, Solid Markets Remain
The WNBA is approaching Hump Day in style with five games on the schedule, starting with a lunchtime contest between the Atlanta Dream and Chicago Sky. But there are even better WNBA Player Props opportunities on deck than in that game (and it has some good ones).
Angel Reese has been on fire; Napheesa Collier at home? Yes, please! But we also have Indiana in the second half of a back-to-back in New York. So many options…let’s talk about a few of them.

Atlanta Dream vs. Chicago Sky
Britney Griner, OVER 15.5 Pts + Reb (-125) at FanDuel
She is not a huge scoring threat, but she has been good for right around 10+ points in five of her last six games. With Angel Reese out of the lineup, there is a solid chance Griner could pick up a few additional boards. Of course, the key to her stat line will be her playing time.
Of the five aforementioned games, she had 20+ minutes in four of them. Between points and rebounds, she’ll finish OVER the listed total.

Phoenix Mercury vs. Minnesota Lynx
Napheesa Collier, UNDER 32.5 Pts + Reb + Ast (-110) at bet365
After watching her score 29 and 26 points in her last two games, the UNDER must seem like an insane wager here. But in the two games she played vs. the Mercury, Collier scored 18 in both. She only had seven rebounds and two assists in the last one, but in the other—11 and 5.
So, the UNDER at this TOTAL would be 1-1.
Phoenix has been playing decent defense. They will not outright stop her from doing anything, but they’ll make her work for her stat totals. It will be close, but she’ll fall just short of the OVER for this prop.

Golden State Valkyries vs. Seattle Storm
Skylar Diggins, UNDER 24.5 Pts + Reb + Ast (-125) at FanDuel
Diggins went OVER this total the last time she faced the Valkyries (June 29). But since then, she has not been nearly as active, well— across the board. She has scored 14 or less in four of five games, three rebounds or less in four, and five assists per game.
Of the five games, she’s gone OVER this total in just one game. Golden State has a decent defense. They will not stop her, but they’ll slow her down enough in at least one category to keep her from going OVER this total.

Indiana Fever vs. New York Liberty
Aliyah Boston, OVER 14.5 Points (-128) at FanDuel
Aliyah Boston, OVER 7.5 Rebounds (+120) at FanDuel
Boston had a great game the first time these two teams faced off, recording 27 points and 13 rebounds in a 90-88 loss. In the second, she didn’t have as prominent a role but turned in another double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds.
Caitlin Clark was in the lineup for both but will likely not be tonight after tweaking her groin injury last night (she is officially a game-time decision). In games without Clark, the team either steps up and plays well regardless of the competition or flops.
But the key for Boston will be the absence of Jonquel Jones for New York. Without Jones to defend against her, Boston should have a field day down low, pulling down boards, second-chance points, and short-range baskets, enough to go OVER both TOTALS.

Las Vegas Aces vs. Dallas Wings
Paige Bueckers, OVER 17.5 Points (-115) at FanDuel
A’ja Wilson, OVER 21.5 Points (-115) at FanDuel
Both are the most prolific scoring threats on their team and will benefit in this game from facing subpar defenses. In July, the Dallas defense ranks last, allowing 95 points per game, including two games where they gave up 102 points (87 in the other).
The Aces have been struggling to find some consistency this year, winning a shootout vs. Golden State in their last game, 104-102. They’ll make Bueckers work for it, but she’ll finish OVER her total.
