  • bet365 and Century Casinos have agreed to a ten-year partnership to be an online sportsbook operator in the state of Colorado.
  • Century Casinos has been approved to have three online sports betting platforms.
  • bet365 will represent the second of those three platforms.

The state of Colorado has been openly growing its internet sportsbooks database and it looks set to expand further as Century Casinos Inc. has partnered with bet365 to be their second online sports betting platform.

Century Casinos now has two operators occupying their three allocations for sports betting upon their agreement with bet365. The casino was granted a master license by the state of Colorado to make such deals with up to three separate sportsbooks.

The agreement between bet365 and Century Casinos stipulates a minimum annual guarantee for revenue that will be awarded to the casino. That is on top of a percentage of revenue from the annual sum of net wager’s reaped by bet365’s online platform. Payment advance fees will also be given to the casino upon the finalization of the ten-year agreement when the operator has become fully licensed in the state of Colorado.

The mobile sportsbook is currently in the application process to become a licensed sports betting business in Colorado. Upon finalization, bet365 will become an official operator for Century Casino.

While online sports betting has been available in Colorado since May 1st, retail outlets are yet to open due to the coronavirus pandemic. Most bettors have been placing wagers on Mixed Martial Arts, Korean Baseball, Bundesliga, and Belarusian Premier League.
