We will go to Florida for our first prop bet of the day. The Florida Panthers lost Game Four of this series 2-1 but have an opportunity to win this series and move on to the next round. Surprisingly, the Panthers are the underdogs, but I would bet on them to win. Carter Verhaeghe will be the subject of this prop. Verhaeghe had his best regular season yet and finished with 73 points. He has continued his strong play in the Playoffs. Verhaeghe does not lead the Panthers in shots but is not afraid to shoot. He will shoot three or more times today. Bet on the over.

Verhaeghe is averaging 2.45 shots per game in the Playoffs. He has not shot too much in this series but had four shots in Game Two. Since Florida can put away the Maple Leafs with a win, I expect Verhaeghe to shoot a little bit more and take on a larger offensive role. This larger offensive role will require the center to shoot at least three times. Bet on the over.

We will stay in Florida for our second prop bet of the day. The Maple Leafs’ Morgan Reilly will be the subject of this prop. Reilly is regarded as one of the better offensive defensemen in the NHL and has had a key offensive role for the Maple Leafs in the Playoffs. He will have at least one point in this game. Bet on the over.

Reilly comes into this game with three goals and eight assists in the Playoffs. He did not have a point in his last game but had a point in his eight games before that. An eight-game point streak is very impressive, especially in the Playoffs. The Maple Leafs only scored twice in their previous game and will probably score more today, so Reilly will have more opportunities to get a point and will do so. Bet on the over.

The Panthers’ Aleksander Barkov will be the subject of our third prop of the day. Barkov has been quiet in his previous two games and has not had a point. However, I expect that to change today. Barkov will finish this game with an assist. Bet on the over.

Barkov performed very well in the First Round. The 27-year-old had one goal and five assists in seven games. He has not been able to replicate that success this round, but he has had his moments. The center had two assists in Game One and one goal in Game Two. Barkov is one of the best players on the Panthers, so I expect him to bring his A-game into this matchup. He will find a way to contribute offensively, which will be by getting an assist. Bet on the over.

Edmonton Oilers vs Vegas Golden Knights

Leon Draisaitl Anytime Scorer -150 (BetMGM)

We will move from Florida to Vegas for our fourth prop bet of the day. This will be an intense Game Five battle. The Golden Knights were hoping to take a commanding series lead in Game Four but were destroyed by the Oilers 4-1. I still expect them to win this series, but it will be much closer now and likely go to seven games. We will look at the Oilers’ Leon Draisaitl for this prop. Draisaitl has been a stud for the Oilers in these Playoffs. He had a great regular season but is stepping up even more in the Playoffs. The center will put a puck in the back of the net this game. Bet on him to be an Anytime Scorer.

Draisaitl failed to score in his previous two games but scored twice in Game Two and four times in Game One. He has shown he can score on any night in the Playoffs. The 27-year-old has scored 13 times in the Postseason, so I would not doubt his ability with the puck in his hands. I would also argue that Draisaitl is due for a goal in this game, which will play a significant role in his getting one. Bet on him to be an Anytime Scorer.

Edmonton Oilers vs Vegas Golden Knights

Jack Eichel O 3.5 Shots on Goal -105 (BetMGM)

The Golden Knights’ Jack Eichel will be the subject of our fifth prop of the day. Eichel has scored five times in the Playoffs and is shooting quite a bit. His shooting will not slow down in this game. The Massachusetts native will put four or more shots on goal today. Bet on the over.

Eichel shot five times in Game Four and also shot five times in Games One and Two. The center did not shoot as much in the First Round but is in a shooting groove in this round. This groove may end in the next round but will continue through this series. The 26-year-old will shoot four or more times today. Bet on the over.

Edmonton Oilers vs Vegas Golden Knights

We are on to our sixth and final prop bet of the day. We will look at the Golden Knight’s Jonathan Marchessault for this prop. Marchessault has been quieter than expected in the Playoffs but will make a splash in this game and get a point. Bet on the over.

Marchessault only has two points in this series. Those two points came from a two-goal performance in Game Three. His series performance is a bit unexpected, given how well he performed during the season. With that being said, I expect Marchessault to return more to form this game. He may not score, but he will find a way to get a point. The veteran is simply too talented to walk off the ice without a point. Bet on the over.
