Our first prop bet of the day will take us to Toronto, Ontario. The Panthers won Game One of this series 4-2. Florida scored the first two goals, but Toronto evened up the game at two in the second period. Those were the only goals scored by the Maple Leafs, as the Panthers went on to score two more goals and win Game One. Ryan O’Reilly will be the subject of this prop. O’Reilly played well during the regular season but has been even better in the Playoffs. He will finish this game with a point. Bet on the over.
O’Reilly has been on a tear in this year’s Playoffs. He is playing over 19 minutes a game and has two goals and six assists. He provided the Maple Leafs with some key assists in the First Round and had an assist in Game One of this series. The 32-year-old is playing some of his best hockey in years. Since he is performing so well, I do not see why he would not have another point in this game. It is also worth noting that O’Reilly had three points in three games against the Panthers in the regular season. Bet on the over.

We will stay in Toronto for our second prop bet of the day. This prop will involve the Maple Leafs’ William Nylander. Nylander is coming off his best regular season. He put up 87 points (40 goals, 47 assists) and converted nearly 14% of his shots. He has taken that regular season dominance into the Playoffs and provided necessary offense in the First Round. More importantly, Nylander has not been shy about shooting in the Playoffs. He will finish this game with four or more shots. Bet on the over.
Nylander averaged 3.57 shots per game during the season. That is quite a lot, but he upped his shooting output in the Playoffs. The winger has taken 30 shots in seven games, making for an average of 4.29 shots per game. Nylander put up seven shots in Game One of this series, so we know he can easily get to four today. Since he is shooting so much and coming off a seven-shot game, I have to recommend betting on the over.

We will go to Dallas, Texas, for our final prop bet of the day. The Kraken won Game One 5-4 in overtime. A ton of scoring went down in the first period, and the Kraken were winning 4-2 heading into the second. Neither team scored in the second, but the Stars’ Joe Pavelski scored twice in the third to push the game to overtime. The overtime period did not last too long, as Yanni Gourde scored an unassisted goal less than eight minutes in to give Seattle the lead. We will look at Max Domi for this prop. Domi started the season with the Chicago Blackhawks but was traded to the Stars at the Trade Deadline. The center was one of the Blackhawks’ best players but was pretty quiet when he arrived in Dallas. Domi has not scored much in the Playoffs and also has not taken many shots. He will finish this game with one shot or less. Bet on the under.
Domi has 12 shots in seven games in the Playoffs. He shot once in the previous game in over 19 minutes on the ice. The 28-year-old sees his fair share of playing time but has been focused more on passing. It is also worth noting that Domi only shot seven times in five regular season games against the Kraken. The numbers point towards him putting one shot on goal, so I have to push for the under.
