This week’s episode of Wise Kracks returns to our normal format with current events, a special guest, a pick, and listener questions. Bill Krackomberger and Jon Orlando are getting really excited as Super Bowl LV gets closer! Today, the guys reveal some of what they are preparing for next week (Episode 29) right before the Super Bowl.
Last week, we saw two fun Conference Championship games and a wild UFC Fight Island event. Jon wasn’t happy to see his beloved Conor McGregor lose, but on the flip side, he was excited to see Tom Brady move on to his 10th Super Bowl. However, Bill was hoping the Green Bay Packers would play on Super Bowl Sunday. But we can’t win every bet!
And with that in mind, Bill covers a special sports betting topic this week: How does the Krackman deal with his losses? He shares some great anecdotes on this very tender subject.
Our guest this week is more NFL royalty. He’s a Pro Football Hall of Famer and a Super Bowl MVP. This week’s guest is Marcus Allen. After winning the Heisman Trophy, he was selected by the (then) L.A. Raiders in the first round of the 1982 NFL Draft. He stayed with the Raiders for eleven seasons before spending his last five seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs. The guys have a great conversation with Marcus.
We wrap up the episode with this week’s pick and a question from Bill and Jon’s good friend, Jake Ellenberger of MMA fame. Make sure to send us your questions on Twitter @WSNsports, @BillKrackman, and @jonorlando. We pick listener questions every week.
This week’s episode has great sports betting tips leading up to Super Bowl LV, a great game to place a bet on. And don’t forget about WSN’s promos, bonuses, and great strategy guides. WSN.com also has great info on the different state betting laws, and best of all a Free to Play NFL Pick ‘em Contest running each week. The prize value just increased to a $500 Amazon gift card!
