Serhou Guirassy has done a fantastic job in keeping Harry Kane honest at the top of the betting charts, but even he is on the verge of admitting defeat. An eight-goal deficit will be tough to make up given that there are only four rounds of Bundesliga fixtures remaining this season.

Hardly a household name before 2023/24, Guirassy is now being linked with a move to one of Europe’s top clubs this summer. Stuttgart will be desperate to keep hold of him, though, and they do have Champions League soccer to offer their star man.

Lois Openda (+100000) at bet365

Lois Openda scored 21 goals for French side Lens last season, earning himself a move to RB Leipzig in the process. The Red Bull network is known for the breadth of its scouting network, so the transfer in itself was an endorsement of Openda’s quality.

Still, it would have been reasonable had the Belgium international needed a season to get used to his new surroundings, both on and off the pitch. In fact, Openda hit the ground running as part of Marco Rose’s side. With the end of the campaign fast approaching, he has scored 23 goals in 30 appearances in the league.

That is a fine return given the circumstances and Openda will fancy his chances of scoring once more to make this his most prolific league season ever. He will not, however, be able to overtake Harry Kane in the next few weeks.
