Read our full preview and prediction for the Sun vs Lynx game tonight.
Napheesa Collier, UNDER 19.5 Points at -110 via FanDuel
Collier had an incredible night against the Sun earlier in the year, scoring 31 points, 11 rebounds, and four assists. However, the Sun are playing much better defense currently than they were closer to the start of the season. It will not be nearly as easy to put up such great numbers this time.
However, Collier is averaging over 20 ppg. But she has not scored 20+ in her last two games and in half of Minnesota's games this month.
Alana Smith, UNDER 10.5 Points at -120 via FanDuel
Smith is a solid role player who can score 14, 15, or 18 points per game under the right circumstances. While playing at home is always a plus, facing one of the toughest defenses in the league is not. In the previous matchup with the Sun, she scored ten points while logging just 20 minutes in overtime.
While she has gone over 10.5 points in six of her last ten games, there is no reason to think she’ll do the same against the Sun.
Alyssa Thomas, UNDER 9.5 Points at -102 via FanDuel
Thomas has not been the team's primary scoring threat, but she is one of the most productive players on the court (points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, etc.). She had a respectable game on Monday, with 10 points and 12 rebounds.
But against one of the best defenses in the league…
In May, Thomas scored on double digits in six of seven games. But in June she did so in just five of 11. Don't count on her to do it again tonight.

Washington Mystics vs. Las Vegas Aces
-
Location: Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada
-
Game Time & Date: 10 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 4
-
Coverage: Prime Video/MNMT
-
Point Spread: Aces -16
A'Ja Wilson, OVER 27.5 Points at -110 via FanDuel
Wilson did not have a great day when these two teams played each other a few days ago. In 32 minutes, she scored 11 points (her lowest total of the season), nine rebounds, and five assists. But bettors will probably not want to bet on her having a similar day.
She is the most prolific scorer in the league, playing against a team with poor defense. It may seem ambitious, but she'll score more than 27.5 points.
Ariel Atkins, UNDER 13.5 Points at -113 via FanDuel
It is a low point total for a team's leading scorer, but Atkins is averaging just 14.3 ppg this season. She hasn't scored more than 13 since putting up 27 against Indiana on June 19. That's a five-game streak with 13 or fewer points.
There is no reason to think she'll do more than the 13 points she had against Vegas a few days ago.
Kelsey Plum, OVER 18.5 Points at -118 via FanDuel
Plum is coming off a great day against the Indiana Fever, where she scored 34, grabbed six rebounds, and had five assists. However, she managed just a single basket in the game before against the Mystics.
Should that be a concern now? No way! The best shooters will have the occasional bad day from time to time. When they do, it is not uncommon for them to have a bounce-back game (like Plum did with 34 points vs. the Fever).
Wilson will lead the way, but Plum will get her shots and score around 20 points.
