The NASCAR Xfinity Series visits Daytona International Speedway for the second time this season.
It’s also the series’ last stop at a superspeedway in 2019.
Only two drivers on the grid have won at Daytona in the Xfinity Series.
Both wins came at the season opener in the last two years.
As usual, this race won’t have a clear-cut favorite.
Daytona is unpredictable in any series, and it’s no different for Xfinity.

Points leader Tyler Reddick enters this race as the best pick.
The reigning series champion won the season opener at Daytona last year.
This season, Reddick started the opener from the pole and finished ninth.
An accomplished superspeedway racer, the Richard Childress driver scored his first win of the season at Talladega.
In the Truck Series, Reddick scored his first career win at Daytona, while also adding a pole-position at Talladega.
The 2018 champion already has three wins this season and has only missed out on the top 10 twice.
With his amazing form this season and solid record at superspeedways, Tyler Reddick is the safest choice.

Michael Annett is the other driver on the grid to have won at Daytona.
The Xfinity Series veteran scored a shock win at this year’s season opener.
It was the first career win for the JR Motorsports veteran.
Annett followed up that result with this first career pole-position at Talladega but crashed out of the race.
His record at Daytona isn’t particularly impressive, but two of his four career top 4 finishes came there.
Relying on his performance earlier this year at the superspeedway, Annett could be among the contenders.
He is currently ninth in points with one win, three top 5 and 11 top 10 finishes.

Christopher Bell has never won at a superspeedway in his career but does have a solid record at these tracks.
The Joe Gibbs driver has two top 5 finishes and three top 10 in five Xfinity Series starts.
Bell finished sixth at Daytona and third at Talladega earlier this year.
He also came home third in last year’s edition of the summer race at Daytona.
During his time in the Truck Series, Bell scored one pole and a second place finish at Talladega.
The Joe Gibbs driver has a series-leading four wins this season and has one of the fastest cars.

Austin Cindric is coming off back-to-back top 5 finishes at superspeedways.
The Team Penske driver scored fifth places at Daytona and Talladega this season.
Cindric also scored a top 5 at Talladega in his only start at the track in the Truck Series.
The sophomore driver is still chasing after his first career win in NASCAR.
His form has significantly improved this season, especially in regards to his consistency.
Cindric has 11 top 10 finishes in 15 races, with nine in the last 11 starts.

Chase Briscoe has two top 5 finishes in three career starts at Daytona, all in different series.
He finished fourth during his ARCA title campaign in 2016, and third in his first ever Truck Series start.
His only finish outside the top 10 came in the Xfinity Series during this season’s opener, a 12th place.
Briscoe bounced back with a solid fourth place at Talladega.
The Stewart-Haas driver has been incredibly solid this season, scoring 11 top 10 in 14 starts.
He has only missed out on the top 10 once in the last 12 races and had a run of six top 5 in eight starts.

Brandon Jones scored a top 10 finish in three of his four starts at the Daytona season opener.
He only missed out on it in 2017 but did manage to start that race from the pole position.
His best finishes also came at superspeedways, a runner-up at Talladega last year and a third at Daytona this season.
Jones has struggled in 2019 following a solid start.
The Joe Gibbs driver missed out on the top 10 in six of his last nine starts.
Still, Jones has shown that superspeedways are one of his strong suits, and he could be a dark horse.
