The Cleveland Cavaliers have been the standard through the first three weeks of the NBA season. Undefeated through 11 games, they enter their Monday night matchup against the Chicago Bulls, hoping to make it 12 wins in a row.
Through their first 11 games, Cleveland has posted a 9-2-0 ATS Record, the best mark in the NBA. They own an 81.8% cover percentage, a 12.5 margin of victory, and a +6.8 ATS +/-.
Cleveland has covered the spread in nine of its 11 games this season, most recently in its Friday night win over the Golden State Warriors. The Bulls have failed to cover the spread in six of their ten games this season, a trend that projects to continue given Cleveland’s incredible momentum.

Darius Garland has been one of the Cleveland Cavaliers' top performers through the first phase of the regular season. The Cavs' point guard has been excellent on the scoring end, and his improved scoring quality has only improved other aspects of his game.
Through 11 games this season, Garland is averaging 20.5 points, 6.6 assists, and 3.5 threes per game on 47.5% shooting beyond the arc. In his last match, a win over the Nets, Garland put up 20 points, six assists, and two threes on 72.7% shooting in the win.
Garland's consistency has been notable. He has hit over 2.5 threes in seven of his 11 games this season. He faces a Bulls team that is fourth in three-point defense, but his quality, combined with the Cavaliers' overall offensive threat, will help Garland stay on track offensively.

Josh Giddey has been solid through his early campaign with the Chicago Bulls. While he plays backup to his teammates in the scoring department, Giddey’s role as a playmaker is clearly defined within the Bulls’ offensive structure.
The Bulls’ assists leader, Giddey, is averaging 13.5 points, 7.0 assists, and 6.5 rebounds on 42.1% shooting and 42.4% from three. He was right on his averages in Chicago’s last match, posting 13 points, seven assists, and six rebounds in 25 minutes of their comeback victory.
While not a traditional point guard, Giddey has impressed with his playmaking, hitting over 5.5 assists in seven of his ten games this season. The Cavaliers have an airtight defense and great rim protection, which should only encourage Giiddey’s playmaking as Chicago looks to craft opportunities around the Cleveland back line.

A significant contributor to the Cleveland Cavaliers’ early success has been starting power forward Evan Mobley. An All-NBA worthy defender, Mobley has also stepped up his game on the offensive side of the ball.
In 11 games this season, Mobley is averaging 18.4 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.8 blocks, and 1.1 steals per game on 55.9% from the field and 35.0% from three-point range. He was excellent in Cleveland’s last game, a win over the Nets, as he put up 23 points, 16 rebounds, four steals, and one block on 90.9% shooting.
Mobley has been a force defensively this season, contributing two or more blocks in seven of his 11 appearances. Chicago are a pacey side, but are in the bottom third of the league in blocks allowed – expect Mobley to find success protecting the rim and switching onto the Bulls’ versatile wing players.
