Thomas Frank is under pressure as Tottenham Hotspur manager. A 2-1 home defeat by Fulham at the weekend left his team in the bottom half of the Premier League table. Frank deserves time to turn the situation around, but he must ensure this negative run does not last too much longer. He cannot afford to lose the backing of the fans or the belief of his players. Tottenham Hotspur have a pretty good record on their travels. Only Arsenal have collected more points on rival territory than Frank’s side, who have won four and drawn one of their first six matches away from home. However, any confidence that could have been garnered from that sort of record has probably vanished on account of Tottenham’s poor results of late.
