Cory Sandhagen | TALE OF THE TAPE | Rob Font |
31 | Age | 36 |
5 ft 11 in | Height | 5 ft 8 in |
69.5 in | Reach | 71.5 in |
16-4 | Record | 20-6 |
Originally slated to take on Umar Nurmagomedov, number-four ranked bantamweight Cory Sandhagen now finds himself facing off against Rob Font, who was pulled from his upcoming UFC 292 fight to replace the injured Nurmagomedov. Check out current UFC Rankings for weight classes and pound-for-pound greatest fighter!
Due to the last-minute change of events, these two bantamweights will be competing at a catchweight of 140-pounds.
Font, ranked at number-seven in the division, recently snapped a two-fight skid with his TKO win over Adrian Yanez at UFC 287 in April. He was scheduled to face Song Yadong at the upcoming UFC 292 card before being poached for this main event.
Sandhagen, a former interim title challenger, has bounced back from a two-fight skid to win his two most recent bouts - a TKO win over Song Yadong and a split-decision win over Marlon Vera this past March.
Sandhagen will have the height advantage but it is Font who will enjoy a two-inch advantage in reach. Despite the reach, however, it is the surging Sandhagen who is heavily favored to win, being listed as a -340 favorite by oddsmakers for Saturday’s main event.

Jessica Andrade | TALE OF THE TAPE | Tatiana Suarez |
31 | Age | 32 |
5 ft 2 in | Height | 5 ft 5 in |
62 in | Reach | 66 in |
24-11 | Record | 9-0 |
Although a former women’s strawweight champion and boasting a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Jessica Andrade has had mixed success since losing her title in 2019, bouncing back and forth from strawweight to flyweight and losing her last two fights - being finished in both. To learn more about weight classes, read our guide to women's & men's UFC weight classes.
She suffered a second-round submission loss against Erin Blanchfield before most recently getting knocked out in the first-round against Yan Xioanan at UFC 288 in May.
Andrade takes on the undefeated Tatiana Suarez in this co-main event.
Suarez has only fought once since 2019 as she had suffered injuries and repeated setbacks. But she returned to the octagon back in February to take on Montana De La Rosa, whom she defeated via second-round submission in a fight that was actually contested at flyweight.
With her undefeated record, as well as her height and reach advantages, it’s clear to see why Tatiana Suarez, ranked number-10 in the strawweight division, is listed as the biggest betting favorite on the main card: -360.
Dustin Jacoby | TALE OF THE TAPE | Kennedy Nzechukwu |
35 | Age | 31 |
6 ft 4 in | Height | 6 ft 5 in |
78 in | Reach | 83 in |
18-7-1 | Record | 12-3 |
A former kickboxer who started his UFC career by winning six in a row (with one draw), Dustin Jacoby now finds himself as the +130 underdog after having lost his last two fights in a row.
He takes on the gigantic light heavyweight Kennedy Nzechukwu, who is on a three-fight winning streak - having most recently earned a second-round submission over Devin Clark at UFC 288 back in May.
At 6-foot-5-inches, Nzechukwu will have a one-inch height advantage and an impressive five-inch reach advantage over Jacoby. At 83-inches, Nzechukwu boasts the longest reach in the light heavyweight division.
Diego Lopes | TALE OF THE TAPE | Gavin Tucker |
28 | Age | 37 |
5 ft 11 in | Height | 5 ft 7 in |
72 in | Reach | 66 in |
21-6 | Record | 13-2 |
Diego Lopes made his UFC debut just one fight ago and he was definitely not given an easy introduction into the world of the promotion.
Lopes stepped in on late notice to take on the undefeated Movsar Evloev at UFC 288 in May. Lopes was defeated by unanimous decision but most were incredibly impressed with his performance against a top prospect like Evloev.
His opponent this Saturday, Gavin Tucker, will also be coming off of a loss as he recently had a three-fight winning streak snapped thanks to a first-round knockout punch from Dan Ige in March.
Lopes will have all of the physical advantages, including youth, extra height and a longer reach. Tucker has more UFC experience but the elder fighter is listed as the +145 underdog in this one.
Tanner Boser | TALE OF THE TAPE | Aleksa Camur |
31 | Age | 27 |
6 ft 2 in | Height | 6 ft |
75.5 in | Reach | 74 in |
20-9-1 | Record | 6-2 |
A former heavyweight, Tanner Boser made the move down to light heavyweight for his last fight in hopes of improving his MMA record. Unfortunately for Boser, he lost his 205-pound debut to Ion Cutelaba via TKO back in April.
However, Boser seems poised to get his first UFC win in the division as he takes on the struggling Aleksa Camur - a fighter who has lost his last two in a row and who hasn’t fought since June 2021.
Ignacio Bahamondes | TALE OF THE TAPE | Ludovit Klein |
25 | Age | 28 |
6 ft 1 in | Height | 5 ft 7 in |
75 in | Reach | 72 in |
14-4 | Record | 19-4-1 |
After losing his UFC debut to John Makdessi in 2021, Ignacio Bahamondes has gone on to win his next three in a row, including a unanimous decision win over Trey Ogden in his most recent appearance at UFC 287 in April.
He takes on Ludovit Klein - a fighter who had won back-to-back fights before fighting Jai Herbert to a majority draw in his most recent bout at UFC 286 in March.
This will be Bahamondes’ fifth UFC appearance and Klein’s sixth.
Bahamondes has a significant six-inch height advantage as well as a three-inch reach advantage. Because of his physical size, he comes in listed as the -230 favorite over Klein.
