Its midfield four is capable of playing some wonderful passing soccer, and its spirit and mentality cannot be questioned. But this is its biggest challenge of the tournament to date.

How England and Argentina Match Up Against Each Other

England will use its customary 4-2-3-1 formation. Declan Rice has been struggling with injury and illness this summer, but he is expected to start in midfield after shaking off the virus that forced him off against Norway.
