USA Prop Bets
The USA is looking to make it three wins from three in Group D, even though it is already safely through to the knockout rounds—a dominant start that has caused sportsbooks to adjust the USA odds to win World Cup in their favor.
Over 2.5 Goals (-140) at DraftKings
We start our rundown of the best USMNT prop bets today with a recommendation to back over 2.5 goals. Although the USA is already through and Turkey is already out, this will not necessarily be a dull affair. Indeed, both teams have their own incentives to score goals and impress on matchday three.
Regardless of the outcome of today’s games in Group D, the USMNT will finish top thanks to its triumphs over Paraguay and Australia. Mauricio Pochettino is therefore highly likely to make changes to his starting XI. This is a golden opportunity to rest some important players ahead of the knockout phase. Tim Ream, the 38-year-old center-back, is one contender to drop out. Folarin Balogun, the team’s top scorer, might also be protected ahead of the round of 32.
The players that come into the side will be desperate to catch the coach’s eye. A brace or a hat-trick from a forward today has the potential to earn them a starting berth in the last 32. The USA, in other words, will throw plenty at the Turkey backline. And remember, in six of the last eight USMNT matches, there have been at least three goals.
As for the Crescent-Stars, they will not want to exit the tournament without a goal or a point to their name. It is remarkable that Turkey has not yet found the back of the net given it has taken 62 shots across its defeats by Australia and Paraguay. That does not mean it has played well, but a goal is overdue.
For all those reasons, this looks set to be a high-scoring affair. Put a wager on over 2.5 goals at -140 with DraftKings.

5+ Turkey Shots on Target (+155) at DraftKings
Turkey fell behind in the second minute against Paraguay. That was a huge blow given it knew a defeat would be fatal to its chances of reaching the knockout stage, but it also meant there was plenty of time to respond. Vincenzo Montella’s team then received a boost on the stroke of half-time, as Miguel Almiron was sent off for covering his mouth during a confrontation.
As the saying goes, it only takes a second to score a goal. Yet although Turkey was a man up from minutes 46 to 90, it failed to beat the Paraguay goalkeeper. This was partly down to some questionable shot selection. Of the combined 62 attempts it had against Australia and Paraguay, a majority of 32 came from outside the 18-yard box. That is not ideal.
Turkey did test the opposition goalkeepers, even if it was not able to put the ball past either Patrick Beach or Orlando Gill. It had eight shots on target against Australia and five against Paraguay. For context, the USA had six against Paraguay and two against Australia.
Again, that does not mean Turkey has performed well in attack. A hopeful 40-yard shot that trickles into the goalkeeper’s hands counts as an attempt on target. But regardless of the efficacy of the method, the numbers show that Turkey tends to land at least five shots on target per game, a figure it also reached in tune-up friendlies against North Macedonia and Venezuela.
Those numbers explain the second of our recommended Turkey vs. USA prop bets. Tip Turkey to land five shots on target or more at +155 with DraftKings.

Turkey Prop Bets
Turkey is looking to avoid a third straight defeat at World Cup 2026, but its journey is about to come to an end no matter what happens today, a reality that is heavily reflected in the latest World Cup odds.
Gio Reyna Goal or Assist (+160) at DraftKings
We do not yet know how many changes Mauricio Pochettino will make to his starting XI today. Some coaches in his position name an entirely different starting line-up. Others opt to make a handful of rotations in order to keep some continuity. The most surprising choice of all would be for Pochettino to stick with the side that beat Australia last week.
Gio Reyna is one player pushing hard for an opportunity from the first whistle. He scored a stunning goal against Paraguay on matchday one, bending a gorgeous outside-of-the-foot shot into the corner of the net. Reyna only appeared in the 90th minute against Australia, when there was very little time left for him to make an impact.
Reyna was not a guaranteed pick in the USMNT’s 26-man roster for this World Cup. He has been left out of squads by Pochettino in the past, and he did not start a game for club side Borussia Monchengladbach between December and the end of the 2025/26 campaign. Yet Reyna provides the X factor in the final third, so Pochettino found space for him in his World Cup group.
Reyna has scored 10 goals in 40 caps for the USA. That is a pretty good record for someone who is not a regular starter. Of all the World Cup USA player props, we like the look of Gio Reyna to score or assist at +160 with DraftKings.
