Best MLB Parlay Picks Today: Crochet vs Woo in Boston
The Red Sox vs. Mariners game is the most competitive on the Wednesday slate. Bryan Woo will pitch against Garrett Crochet in a game where I expect the runs to be limited.

Mariners vs. Red Sox (1:35 PM, EST)
Mariners vs Red Sox Under 8 Runs (-105) at FanDuel Sportsbook
The Boston Red Sox embarrassed the Seattle Mariners on Tuesday. The Mariners returned the favor on Wednesday with many offensive runs.
While the first two games of this series sailed over the total, I expect a different outcome on Thursday. The daytime start should help keep runs off the scoreboard, but the biggest reason to bet the under is because of the starting pitchers.
Garrett Crochet and Bryan Woo will take the ball for their respective teams, and they have each been fantastic in 2025. Crochet is 2-1 with a 1.13 ERA and a 0.91 WHIP.
He has recorded 35 strikeouts in 32 innings, and this may make the difference against Woo. Woo is 2-1 with a 3.12 ERA and a 1.04 WHIP, but he is less of a strikeout pitcher.
He has recorded 22 strikeouts in 26 innings. Nevertheless, I’m staying away from a side and betting on the under of eight runs.
These pitchers are too talented to give up a significant amount of offense, and both teams are due for some regression.

White Sox vs Twins (1:10 PM, EST)
Twins Moneyline (-225) at FanDuel Sportsbook
Fading the White Sox should be a regularity on your betting card. I have faded Chicago a lot this season, and it has worked wonders.
The White Sox are the worst team in the American League Central, and Minnesota is on the verge of a sweep on Thursday. The White Sox have played the Twins tough, but they haven’t converted in high-leverage situations.
Chicago has a significant pitching advantage with Shane Smith, who has a 2.82 ERA and a 0.94 WHIP. However, despite his incredible stats, he is just 0-1 on the season.
The White Sox don’t hit the ball well enough for me to trust. If you fade Chicago every day, you’ll make money throughout the season.

Orioles vs. Nationals (6:45 PM, EST)
Over 8.5 Runs (-122) at FanDuel Sportsbook
The Baltimore Orioles are having a down season due to their poor pitching. They didn’t re-sign Corbin Burnes last season, and it led to the team's decline.
While Baltimore doesn’t have great pitching, they have young, powerful hitters. Baltimore gave up 24 runs to the Reds on April 20, which highlights the poor performance of their pitching staff in 2025.
The Nationals' offense hasn’t been much better than Baltimore's, but any team can thrive against the Orioles' pitchers. Cade Povich will start for the Orioles, and he is 0-2 with a 6.38 ERA and a 2.07 WHIP.
He has allowed 30 hits in 18.1 innings. The Nationals should feast on Thursday.
