With just three games set for the NBA's Tuesday night schedule, there are some interesting props to keep an eye on when the games tip off!
When the Boston Celtics face the Oklahoma City Thunder, Marcus Smart will be looked at to maintain his excellent playmaking. Similarly, Jayson Tatum's scoring will be under the microscope against the Thunder as they held him to under his 30.9 points per game in their last meeting. Also be sure to keep an eye on De'Aaron Fox, who is surely motivated to take down the Utah Jazz for the second time within a week!
Let's check out the bets!
Boston Celtics point guard and reigning Defensive Player of the Year Marcus Smart continues to impress, with his playmaking being under the microscope in his next game. At PointsBet, Marcus Smart will be looked at to clear 7.5 assists when he faces the Oklahoma City Thunder.
On the season, Smart is averaging 11.2 points, 7.4 assists, and 3.3 rebounds on 42.3% shooting from the field and 33.7% shooting from three-point range. His playmaking has been excellent through his last five games though, as he's averaged 8.4 points, 8.0 assists, and 3.8 rebounds in 33.1 minutes per game.
The Thunder may not be excellent on the defensive side, but they set a pace and effort that limits teams to just 25.0 assists per game (12th in the NBA) despite 90.8 field goal attempts per game (29th in the NBA). Expect the composure and form of veteran Smart to be the difference, especially with Oklahoma City's focus on Boston's young stars.
Celtics star man Jayson Tatum continues to be one of the league's premiere threats on the offensive side of the court. At DraftKings Sportsbook, Tatum is a -105 to clear 30.5 points when he takes on the Oklahoma City Thunder.
On the season, Tatum has averaged 30.9 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 4.1 assists on 47.3% shooting from the field and 35.0% shooting from three-point range. He's been comparatively modest in back-to-back games though, averaging just 27.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 3.5 assists on 40.5% from the field and 20.0% from three-point range.
He'll have his work cut out for him against the Thunder, who held him to 27 points on 39.1% shooting in their November meeting. However, against a pacey Thunder team, he should easily bounce back with increased opportunities.

De'Aaron Fox continues to impress this season, having recently led the Kings to the sixth seed in the Western Conference. At Caesars Sportsbook, Sacramento's rapid point guard is a +123 to clear 4.5 rebounds against the Utah Jazz.
On the season Fox is averaging 23.4 points, 5.9 assists, and 4.7 rebounds on 49.9% from the field and 34.4% from three-point range. He's been modest over the course of his last five games though, averaging 25.2 points, 7.2 assists, and 3.4 rebounds on 50.5% shooting from the field and 34.8% from three-point range.
Due to his style of play, Fox tends to find success on the boards because of his willingness to push the break. Against a similarly paced Jazz team, Fox should bounce back on the glass as they'll need a renewed defensive focus and control as they try to avoid another scoring battle.
