In a game where the favored team is giving close to two touchdowns, it’s safe to assume that this Week 9 matchup between the Philadephia Eagles and Houston Texans is all but decided.

There’s nothing matchup-wise to indicate that Mills will throw for more than one touchdown. Still, he does have three two-touchdown games this season against the Indianapolis Colts, Los Angeles Chargers, and Las Vegas Raiders.

Dallas Goedert Any Time TD (+200) at DraftKings

The Texans allow just under 218 passing yards per game, but their safety and linebackers are atrocious. None of them pose any threat. Looking at Texans starting safeties Jonathan Owens and Jalen Pitre and starting linebacker Christian Kirksey, they’ve allowed four touchdowns this year and 481 yards. 

This week, Goedert gets to feast. 

The Texans have Steven Nelson on the outside, playing reasonably well this year, and a talented rookie in Derek Stingley Jr. as their outside cornerbacks. This could be the only trouble the Eagles have, but against the linebackers or safeties, Goedert should dominate.

Brandin Cooks Under 59.5 Receiving Yards (-110) at BetMGM

Despite some limited passing success from Mills this year, not much of it has gone to Cooks. This season, Cooks has topped this line twice—Week 1 and this past week.

Cooks will line up across from cornerback Darius Slay who hasn’t allowed more than 58 yards in a game this year. Slay has also only allowed 17 receptions all year for a 47.2% reception percentage. This could be a tough day at the office for the Texans' best receiving weapon.
