Best Colts vs. Chargers Prop Bets: AFC Contenders Collide
The Chargers are a short favorite over the Colts
Indianapolis is 5-1 with Daniel Jones leading the way
The Chargers are dealing with running back injuries
The Colts have been the biggest surprise this NFL season as they are 5-1 and leading the AFC South. They currently have a one game lead in the division over the Jaguars.
Chargers running back Omarion Hampton was placed on IR, so it will be tough to run the ball, but there are still plenty of star players to bet on this week.

Tyler Warren Over 55.5 Receiving Yards (-115) at Fanatics Sportsbook
Tyler Warren has been one of the best tight ends in the NFL. He has a great matchup this week against the Chargers, and I’m taking him to surpass 55.5 receiving yards.
Warren is coming off a 63 yard performance against Arizona one week ago where he also scored a touchdown. Indianapolis has been lining up Warren all over the field and he’s finding ways to get open every play.
Warren has 29 catches for 370 yards to go with three total touchdowns in 2025. The Colts have a few weapons on offense, but it’s safe to say Warren has made a huge impact in his first season.
Warren is averaging 58.8 yards per game over his last five contests. I think he rides this momentum against a Chargers team that has struggled against tight ends.
Another thing to keep in mind is that Daniel Jones is having a tremendous season at quarterback and Warren has been his favorite target. The connection these two have built has been outstanding and this should continue on Sunday.

Jonathan Taylor Over 95.5 Rushing Yards (-115) at Fanatics Sportsbook
Jonathan Taylor has carried the Colts this season, and helped Daniel Jones settle in at quarterback. He’s one of the best running backs in football and Los Angeles will be challenged with their tackling.
His rushing yard prop is set at 95.5 this week but he’s cleared this line in three out of six games this season. Taylor has 115 carries for 603 yards and seven touchdowns, which all are the best in the NFL
When the Colts need a big play, they rely on Taylor. The Chargers allow 124.2 rushing yards per game which is the 12th most in the NFL, so we should see a lot of early rushes for Taylor.
Taylor had 123 rushing yards one week ago against Arizona. He’s almost automatic when it comes to rushing for over 100 yards this season and I think he’ll easily clear this number in Week 7.
For the Colts to win, they must continue leaning on their star running back.

Ladd McConkey Anytime Touchdown (+160) at Fanatics Sportsbook
McConkey is the clear number one receiver in Los Angeles and Justin Herbert loves getting him the once again.
McConkey has 28 receptions for 313 yards and two touchdowns in 2025. Keenan Allen’s production has gone down in the last two weeks, which has opened the door for McConkey.
McConkey had seven receptions for 100 yards, averaging 14.3 yards per catch against the Dolphins last wee. He’s one of the best receivers when it comes to racking up yards after the catch.
McConkey has some of the best route running we’ve seen in the NFL and his ability to make plays in space is what separates him from other receivers.
I trust Herbert to get McConkey the ball early and for him to find the endzone against Indianapolis.
