Cardinals vs. Cowboys Prop Bets MNF Week 9: Prescott Back on Course
Dak Prescott’s MVP campaign was derailed in a blowout loss last week
Kyler Murray is trying to return from a foot injury
CeeDee Lamb only has one touchdown this year despite being the team’s top target
The Dallas Cowboys will welcome the Arizona Cardinals into town for an NFC battle on Monday Night Football in Week 9.
The Cowboys have one of the most explosive offenses, but also one of the worst defenses, in the NFL. The Cardinals, meanwhile, are hoping Kyler Murray will be able to return from his injury coming off a five-game losing streak they took into their bye last week.
While neither of these teams are true Super Bowl contenders, both are in the hunt to make the playoffs as a Wild Card.

CeeDee Lamb Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+100) at FanDuel Sportsbook
While George Pickens has had an outstanding year, Lamb is still Dak Prescott’s number-one target. He went over 110 yards in three of four (healthy) games, and he had team-highs in targets and receptions in last week’s blowout loss against the Denver Broncos.
Although Lamb has only scored one touchdown this season (on a 74-yard bomb against the Washington Commanders), he has proven his worth to the offense, and also showed he can still get open with ease. The Cardinals have poor advanced passing metrics and will struggle to deal with both Pickens and Lamb on the field together.

Dak Prescott Under 267.5 Passing Yards (-114) at FanDuel Sportsbook
Prescott is having a terrific year, last Sunday not included, and I expect him to be great against a terrible secondary on Monday night. That said, I don’t trust the Cardinals, who are either starting Murray after several weeks off or backup Jacoby Brissett, to score enough points to consistently force Prescott to push the ball downfield.
The Cowboys’ QB went under this line in six of eight games despite repeatedly throwing some of the best passes in the NFL. The only times he went over this line, his opponents scored at least 37 points—that seems unattainable for the Cardinals, and is why I like his under.

Marvin Harrison Jr. Over 59.5 Receiving Yards (-114) at FanDuel Sportsbook
To put into perspective how awful the Cowboys’ defense is, they are 31st in passing yards allowed per attempt and per game, 30th in success rate allowed per dropback, and dead last in EPA allowed per dropback. They’re also without their top corner, Trevon Diggs, who suffered a concussion during an at-home incident a couple of weeks ago.
Harrison Jr. hasn’t set the world on fire, but he did go over this line in three of his last four games, only needing two receptions to do so in one of those. The Cardinals should prioritize getting the ball into the hands of their playmaker coming out of a bye week, and it really shouldn’t take much to light up the Dallas secondary.
