This line is -5 at most outlets, so FanDuel is the place to go for betting on the Bills.
The Bills are coming off a narrow win on the road against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day, but this week, they’ll face an offense that isn’t as productive as the Lions (believe it or not).
The Patriots average 217 passing and 109 rushing yards per game, while the Bills allow 221.6 passing and 105.6 rushing yards per game.
However, what makes the Bills so potent is their offense, which ranks inside the top three in passing yards and the top eight in rushing yards.
On defense, the Bills will be without edge rusher Von Miller. However, the Bills have plenty of depth along the defensive line and still have a collection of solid pass rushers. The starting line includes Ed Oliver (better in run defense), DaQuan Jones, and second-year player Gregory Rousseau, who’s played quite well this year.
The Patriots have an OK offensive line, but this Bills pass rush should be able to create more than enough pressures on quarterback Mac Jones.
Having a player like Oliver will pay huge dividends against a Patriots team that wants to run the ball frequently with Rhamondre Stevenson and Damien Harris.
The Patriots have some solid cornerbacks in Jack and Jonathan Jones. Still, with Jalen Mills as one of the starting outside cornerbacks, this will give either Stefon Diggs or Gabe Davis a great matchup.
The Bills offensive line does leave much to be desired, especially against a pass rusher like Matthew Judon, but Allen’s escapability and scrambling ability should help him stay mostly out of harm’s way.

When you look at both teams’ offenses and defenses, plenty of winnable matchups are all over the field.
For the Patriots, the Bills have beatable cornerbacks. While their defensive line is solid against the run, the lack of Miller off the edge should help Stevenson who’s struggled the past few weeks.
The Bills are an excellent offense regardless of the opponent.
Look for the Patriots to still put up some points here, thanks to the run game and some quick passing plays from Jones.
