While we’d take the Bengals -3 here, we’ll focus on the over/under line, as this seems a bit less risky.
At 47, this line seems doable considering the high-powered nature of these offenses.
Sure, the Bengals have been slow to start the year. Still, against the New York Jets in Week 3, they got it going with wide receiver Tyler Boyd leading the team in receiving, going over 100 yards.
Fellow receiver Ja’Marr Chase was held in check yardage-wise but still found the end zone. The running game was abysmal as Mixon was held under 30 yards.
Going up against the Dolphins, they’ll face a coverage unit giving up nearly 300 yards per game through the air and 116 yards on the ground.
The Dolphins defense is beatable. The Bengals defense has managed to hold teams in check stats-wise, but it’s important to remember the quarterbacks they’ve played:
- Week 1: Mitchell Trubisky (Pittsburgh Steelers)
- Week 2: Cooper Rush (Dallas Cowboys)
- Week 3: Joe Flacco (New York Jets)
Against the Dolphins and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, this offense will score points. They have two players in Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill at receiver that can split a game wide open on any given play.
Tagovailoa did suffer a nasty hit from Bills linebacker Matt Milano. He was visibly shaken up but did return to the game. The NFLPA is investigating how he got back in the game so fast, so that’s something worth monitoring as the week progresses.
Either way, expect these teams to score and put up 25+ points each.

For the second leg, but first, of two player props added to this Same Game Parlay, we’re focusing heavily on Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins in this one.
Through the first few weeks of the season, Dolphins cornerback Nik Needham has allowed six catches on seven targets for over 100 yards and a score.
This is who Higgins will match up against primarily in coverage. So far this season, Higgins has gone over 60 receiving yards in two of the three weeks, including a 93-yard performance in Week 3.
The total in this game isn’t massive, like 50+, but there will still be points scored in this one. Higgins has the easiest matchup on the night compared to Chase and Boyd, and Burrow will look for him early and often.

As you can see, we’re big on Higgins in this game, and we’re going to double-down on a plus-price leg here—the Any Time TD.
Interestingly, Higgins has played fewer passing down snaps than Boyd and tight end Hayden Hurst. However, a lot of this is due to playing just under 30 snaps in Week 1 after suffering a concussion.
In the last two weeks, Higgins has played plenty more and will be a top target for Burrow from now until the end of the season.
Higgins would be a No. 1 receiver on most teams. The fact that we can get him at a “+” price on him in a game with a total hanging around 47 and his matchup against Needham makes this an easy choice as the third leg of this Same Game Parlay.
