MLB Parlay Picks Today: Mets vs. Phillies (6:40 PM, EST)

Phillies Moneyline (-142) at FanDuel

The New York Mets travel to Philadelphia on Thursday for a matchup with the Phillies. The Mets are currently 19-22 on the year in fourth place in the NL East. On the other hand, the Phillies are at the top of the same division at 30-13, ten games in front of the Mets.

New York is starting Jose Quintana in this matchup. Quintana has a 1-4 record and a 5.44 ERA on the season. The 35-year-old right-handed pitcher has struggled tremendously this year. Quintana has 28 strikeouts in 41.1 innings pitched.

The Phillies are going with Taijuan Walker, who is 3-0 on the year with a 4.82 ERA and 15 strikeouts in 18.2 innings pitched.

Look for the Phillies’ bats to stay hot against a struggling Quintana. Philadelphia has relied on their bats all season, and we expect them to score many runs in this matchup on Thursday.

MLB Parlay Picks Today: Pirates vs. Cubs (7:40 PM, EST)

Cubs Moneyline (-126) at FanDuel

Pittsburgh travels to Chicago on Thursday night for a divisional matchup against the Cubs. Both teams are playing pretty good baseball this season in a very good NL Central division.

The Pirates are starting Jared Jones in this game with a 2-4 record and a 2.68 ERA. Jones is coming off a six-inning performance in which he allowed seven hits and two earned runs on May 10.

Chicago is starting left-handed pitcher Justin Steele. Steele has yet to earn a decision and has a 4.73 ERA on the season. He has struck out 11 batters in 13.1 innings pitched. Steele has a career 3.35 ERA and is 24-16 in his career.

Look for the Chicago bats to stay hot and keep producing runs as they have been all season long. Although Jones has had a good year in Pittsburgh, the Cubs will hit him around, and Steele will deliver a quality start in this matchup for Chicago.

MLB Parlay Picks Today: Athletics vs. Astros (8:10 PM, EST)

Astros Moneyline (-225) at FanDuel

The Oakland Athletics travel to Houston to take on the Astros on Thursday night. The Athletics are currently 19-25 on the season and in third place in the AL West. Houston has struggled this season compared to the last few years, as they are 17-25, putting them in fourth place in this division.

The Athletics are starting Joey Estes in this game. He has only tossed five innings on the year and has a 1.80 ERA. He has struck out five batters this season.

The Astros are going with Christian Javier in this game who has a 2-1 record, with a 4.01 ERA. Javier has struck out 18 batters in 24.2 innings.

Look for the Astros to start turning around their luck and winning this game swiftly on Thursday. Houston should hit Estes around the park all day due to his lack of innings on the year. They also have a loaded lineup, even though it doesn’t show in the win/loss column.
