And Anfernee Simons' point guard skills will be put to the test when the Orlando Magic and the Portland Trail Blazers match up.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's excellent season will be put to the test when he takes on an excellent perimeter defense. At Caesars Sportsbook, Gilgeous-Alexander is a +139 to clear 1.5 steals when he takes on the Miami Heat.

On the season, Gilgeous-Alexander is averaging 30.9 points, 5.6 assists, 4.8 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per game on 50.1% from the field and 34.3% from the three-point range. He's been great over his last three games as well, averaging 32.0 points, 4.3 assists, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.0 steals on 52.5% from the field. He's only collected three steals over his last three games though.

Gilgeous-Alexander has shown success against teams that move the ball, as he loves to jump into passing lanes. Having cleared 1.5 steals in 20 of his 36 games, it projects to be a good wager.

Despite the Toronto Raptors' lack of success this season, Pascal Siakam has been a standout player and an All-NBA candidate. At DraftKings Sportsbook, Siakam is a +100 to clear 6.5 assists when he takes on the Charlotte Hornets.

On the season, Siakam is averaging 25.7 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 6.5 assists on 47.0% from the field and 33.9% from the three-point range. Over Siakam's last five games though, where the Raptors have gone 2-3, he's averaged just 21.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 5.6 assists on 38.8% from the field and 36.8% from three.

Siakam has cleared 6.5 assists in 14 of his 30 games so far this season. Given the Hornets' rapid pace of play, expect Siakam and the Raptors to have plenty of opportunities to push and assist the ball. Siakam should bounce back and hit the over on a lesser Hornets team.

Orlando Magic @ Portland Trail Blazers: Best Prop Bets

Anfernee Simons Assists O 3.5 (+105) @ PointsBet

An electric scorer for the Portland Trail Blazers, Anfernee Simons' point guard skills can sometimes be overlooked due to his ability to get buckets. At PointsBet, Simons is a +105 to clear 3.5 assists when he faces the Orlando Magic.

On the season, Simons is averaging 22.4 points, 3.9 assists, and 2.9 rebounds on 44.0% from the field and 37.8% from three-point range. He's been right on the mark in his last five games as well, averaging 22.0 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.8 assists on 44.7% from the field and 34.8% from three. Through those five games, Simons has been engaged in his playmaking, collecting 14 assists through those five games.

Simons has cleared 3.5 assists in 20 of his 37 appearances this season. Against an Orlando Magic team with length on the perimeter and at the rim, Simons' playmaking is sure to be in effect.
