Of all of the conferences in college football, the Big Ten for the 2023-24 season might be the most hotly contested, especially toward the top. This division features heavyweights like Michigan, Ohio State, and Penn State.

Below, we’ll look at the odds for each team in the conference and provide the three best bets you can make, examining these teams and the value they present.

NCAA College Football Big Ten Championship Predictions

Best Bets

The Big Ten Championship will be played at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana between the Michigan Wolverines and Iowa Hawkeyes.

Below, we’ll pick our winner for this matchup.

Michigan (-1800) at DraftKings

Of all the conference championship matchups this weekend, the Wolverines beating the Hawkeyes is about as clear-cut as there is. The Wolverines are 22-point favorites. They’re taking on a team that ranks 130th in the country in passing. Their quarterback, Deacon Hill, had 94 passing yards and one interception against Nebraska in Week 13. Hill has completed 97 of 199 passes for 976 yards, five touchdowns, and six interceptions on the season. There’s absolutely zero hope for this Iowa offense. Michigan might shut them out.

How to Place a Futures Bet on the Big Ten

Placing a futures wager on the Big 10 champion is easy. After browsing the reviews on our site for the top online sportsbooks, you’ll want to create an account there and make a deposit. Once you complete this, you’ll want to visit the college football betting page, see the futures section, add it to your bet slip, and confirm your wager.

Remember—futures wagers won’t get resolved until the end of the season, which is why the odds have the value they do. If you’re OK with tying up your money for a few months, you’ll be awarded with a successful wager.
