As the 2023 college football season is underway, the AP Top 25 includes eight Pac-12 teams. This is undoubtedly a much more competitive conference than people give it credit for, but of course, it’s the home of the USC Trojans and quarterback Caleb Williams—he somewhat skews that competition with how dominant he is.
Below, we’ll go over the current Pac-12 odds and provide our three best bets weekly to reflect what’s happening throughout the college football season.

Now that we’ve listed the odds for each team in the Pac-12 Conference, who do you think takes home the crown?
Below, we’ll provide our three best bets for who we think you should wager on. This is a combination of who we think will win (of course), but it also considers value and projecting beyond just this week.
The Trojans are still at +240, likely because they’ve had an easy schedule thus far, taking on San Jose State, Nevada, and Stanford before Week 4. Stanford was steamrolled, and quarterback Caleb Williams has yet to throw an interception.
In Week 4, the Trojans had a road test against Arizona State but did win 42-28. Williams threw for 322 yards and three touchdowns while running back MarShawn Lloyd ran for 154 yards on just 14 carries.
After that, however, the schedule starts to heat up. They play three top-20 teams in four weeks, including at Colorado, Notre Dame, and home against Utah.
With Williams under center, we always feel confident, though the defense will need to step it up. Still, +210 isn’t bad value for the eventual No. 1 overall NFL Draft pick in 2024.
Tucked away in Washington is a quarterback that you should certainly become familiar with as he’s likely a future first-round NFL Draft pick—Michael Penix Jr.
Penix Jr. is completing 74.6% of his passes for 1,630 yards, 16 touchdowns, and two interceptions.
The Huskies offense averages nearly 50 points per game and is coming off a massive 59-32 win at home against Cal. Their offense is electric.
Facing the Colorado Buffaloes at home in Week 4, we knew that the Ducks were favored by about three touchdowns. They thwarted those expectations, beating them 42-6. However, if you watch the game, you’ll see that the Ducks could’ve scored much more. The offense is fantastic, with Bo Nix under center. He’s completing 78.9% of his passes for 1,115 yards, 11 touchdowns, and just one interception, which came against Colorado. The Pac-12 is top-heavy, but one of these three teams will win the conference.
