It’s an NFL Week 15 interconference battle between two playoff contenders as the 9-4 Cincinnati Bengals from the AFC North face the 6-7 Tampa Bay Bucs of the NFC South, these Bengals banged up with three playmakers listed as questionable to play – WRs Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd, and TE Hayden Hurst – and the Bucs clinging to their divisional lead by a game.
We check in with the oddsmakers and they tell us that the QB Joe Burrow’s Bengals have covered the spread in 10 of their last 11 games, but we think that at home Tom Brady’s Bucs will do that, especially with this many points, a do or die game for a team that looks stellar in some moments and then it’s as if they are being quarterbacked on the field by a 45-year old man.
The 9-4 Cincinnati Bengals have won seven of their last eight games so chances are they will come away with a victory here, but injuries on both sides of the field could affect how this game turns out depending on whether the next man up mentality holds true for both franchises, right now the Bucs with a half dozen starting defensemen listed as questionable to play on Sunday.

In terms of total production, the Cincy Bengals are better than the TB Bucs on offense but Tampa Bay outplays the Bengals on defense, so this points total bet might be a fun way to gamble on two relatively evenly matched teams, that is if Bucs GOAT QB Tom Brady can somehow help to reignite his team’s 32nd ranked rushing attack including rookie RB Rachaad White and veteran RB Leonard Fournette.
Tendencies are important to make note of and the oddsmakers tell us that each of the TB Buccaneers' last four games as home underdogs have gone under the total points line, and this game will be played in Florida weather by two teams who love to throw the ball, but their offense combines for a weekly total of 43 points, just under what the sportsbooks are predicting.
This could be a defensive matchup – injuries to key playmakers might necessitate it – so a quick look at how many points these two teams allow might give us one more reason to bet the under, with the Bengals' defense allowing opponents to score 20.4 ppg and the Buccaneers allowing 19.5 points per week, that 39.9 total still under this bet, so that is how we are going in Week 15.

For those gamblers who like their betting ice cream cones with two scoops of different flavors on top, here is a fun Week 15 Special Bet from DraftKings that gives you the chance to follow one player from each of these two teams.
The bet is whether the gambler thinks that Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase can catch for at least 100 yards and Bucs WR Mike Evans can catch one TD pass, with both of those events needing to happen for the player to win, and in this case, a $100 bet would payout $380 plus the original investment, a way for anyone with a love for both sides to get involved in the passing game.
With most of the Bengals' starting WR crew listed as questionable to play (see above), expect Ja’Marr Chase to get some extra targets, but chances are Tampa Bay DCs Kacy Rodgers and Larry Foote will assign their one healthy CB, Carlton Davis III, some fun one on one matchups, though backup FS Logan Ryan will most likely pitch in with some double teams.
