Wsn Week 5 Best Player Props

Single-player props are an exciting way to wager because they’re much like fantasy football—gauging how a single player will do without worrying about the spread, moneyline, or totals.

Here, we have four player props from Week 5 that you need to consider betting.

Green Bay Packers vs. New York Giants

Pick: Christian Watson Under 1.5 Receptions (+110) at DraftKings

In London, the Packers will take on the Giants.

While the Packers don’t have the best passing attack, Rodgers and company should be in control of this one, and that will allow for the running game of A.J. Dillon and Aaron Jones to take over.

With that, we look at wide receiver Christian Watson, averaging just two receptions per game.

His average target depth has gone up and down, from 14.3 to -3.3 and 9.3 in the three games he’s played this season.

They could target Watson deep a couple of times here, but this game doesn’t seem like a spot where they’ll need to push the ball downfield to Watson—the running game will take care of it.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals

For Sunday Night Football, we have a decisive AFC North battle between two 2-2 teams. This game could have massive playoff-seeding implications as the Bengals travel to take on the Ravens.

The Ravens have seven different coverage players that have allowed over 100 yards this season. As a coverage unit, they’ve allowed 69.1% of targets against them to be caught.

Burrow hasn’t been himself this season, but against the Ravens, he should be able to pepper the short parts of the field with ease—nearly 50% of his attempts are passes of 0-9 yards downfield.

Burrow should sail over 24.5 completions in a high-scoring shootout.

While Goedert has a great matchup ahead of him against linebacker Zaven Collins, this is an excellent spot for the Eagles to utilize their receivers on the outside and the running game.

Very few players in the Cardinals front seven are a threat, and the cornerbacks, Marco Wilson and Byron Murphy Jr. will have their hands full against DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown.

This season, Goedert has two games with five receptions; the other two were just three.

The 3.5 line here is a good one, but this could turn into a shootout, and Hurts may need to rely more on his playmakers downfield and his legs to get the offense going.

At +115, we’ll take a chance. Goedert hits just three receptions, but he could still very well find the end zone in a plus matchup.

Cleveland Browns vs. Los Angeles Chargers

Pick: Jacoby Brissett Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (+178) at Caesars

While the Chargers project as an intimidating defense, their coverage players, besides safety Derwin James, have not quite lived up to their preseason billing.

Asante Samuel Jr. and Bryce Callahan have both allowed two touchdowns, and Samuel Jr. has allowed 200 passing yards.

The Browns have wide receiver Amari Cooper and their running backs to throw the ball to.

The Chargers have a high-powered offense that should be able to go up and down the field on this Browns defense, putting Brissett in a position to need to pass the ball.

He’s usually more conservative, but against an offense like the Chargers, they may need to throw the ball to Kareem Hunt and/or Nick Chubb in space to get the offense on track.

Also, +178? We’ll take that with ease.
