The Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks are both in desperate need of a win, and they’ll both have a chance to get back on track when they square off on Monday Night Football in NFL Week 15.
As both teams look to improve their playoff position, we built a same-game parlay with our favorite betting picks for the Eagles vs. Seahawks showdown. Here’s what made the parlay.
Eagles -2.5
Jalen Hurts anytime TD scorer
DK Metcalf anytime TD scorer
Geno Smith 225+ passing yards
Jalen Hurts 200+ passing yards

It’s easy to pick on the Eagles because of their recent losses to the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers, but they’re still one of the league’s elite. They can control the time of possession, have an explosive passing game, and get after the quarterback. We also believe in their resiliency under the leadership of Jalen Hurts, so expect them to snag a win.
Hurts as an anytime TD scorer is one of the safest bets on the board every week. The Philly QB has rushing touchdowns in nine of 13 games and is a near-lock to score if his team gets near the goal line because of his ability to scramble or barrel his way into the end zone via the Brotherly Shove.
Metcalf is the Seahawks’ most explosive player and can take the top off of any defense, especially an Eagles’ secondary that is 28th in passing yards and 31st in passing touchdowns allowed. Metcalf also scored in three of his last four games (and scored five touchdowns overall during that stretch), so he’s trending in the right direction.
Geno is listed as questionable with a groin issue, but if he can suit up, we like his over. The Eagles’ secondary is terrible and has been torched by nearly every QB it's faced, and if the Eagles are able to score like we believe they will, that will heap pressure on Seattle to air the ball out and rack up passing yards.
As much as we’ve attacked Philly's suspect defense, we’re yet to mention that Seattle only ranks 25th against the pass (243.6 yards allowed per game). Hurts went over 200 passing yards in nine of his last 11 games and will feel motivated to drive his team to victory because of recent losses.
