Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Toronto Maple Leafs
My Pick – Kris Letang to Account for Over 0.5 Assist (+140) at DraftKings
The Pittsburgh Penguins are a team that refused to be silenced after trading away one of the best players on the team to a rival. The Penguins have made themselves a legitimate playoff threat and a contender to secure the last wild-card spot.
They will look to continue their impressive streak as they go on the road to take on the Toronto Maple Leafs. There is serious hope for the Penguins to get their offense rolling against a Toronto defense that is allowed an average of 3.09 goals per game (17th in the league).
One player who has helped the Penguins secure some big wins over the past few weeks is defender Kris Letang. He has accounted for an assist in five of the last six games played. Overall, he has accounted for seven assists in six games played. The connection between Letang and future Hall of Famer center Sidney Crosby has remained strong and it could continue in this new week.
Bet on Kris Letang at DraftKings
Vegas Golden Knights vs. Vancouver Canucks
My Pick – Ivan Barbashev to Account for Over 0.5 Points (+135) at DraftKings
The final game of the night is set for the Pacific Divisional matchup between the Vegas Golden Knights going on the road to take on the Vancouver Canucks. The Golden Knights have beaten the Canucks and two of the three previous matchups this season have a chance to make it three of four tonight.
Currently, the Canucks are the teams that do not have the momentum as they are on a significant losing streak, including the 6-3 loss to the Golden Knights on April 2. Center Ivan Barbashev has stepped up significantly through this late portion of the season.
Barbashev has accounted for a goal or assist in three of the last five games played for a total of five points. He accounted for two assists in the win over the Canucks a few days ago. Look for him to account for another productive game as the Golden Knights try to lock down a playoff spot.
