One of the best betting games this Monday night is the Eastern Conference matchup between the Ottawa Senators going on the road to take on the New York Rangers. This is a game that does not have great game line regular betting potential, but there are great other bets to make such as player props.
Forward Artemi Panarin is a player who has been among the most explosive players in the league since the start of the season. In two games played against the Senators, Panarin accounted for five total points with three being assists.
He has been conservative in most of the games played in April as he accounted for only two points and two of the four games played. In four of the last five games played in April, he has accounted for a total of 13 points.
The Rangers are facing a Senators defense that has been among the worst defenses in the league since the start of the season. Ottawa ranks 28th in the league in goals allowed per game (3.45). This Sunday should be a great opportunity for Panarin to account for a huge game.

The Edmonton Oilers are set to make a huge run for the Stanley Cup title after a rough start to the season. Edmonton has lost two consecutive games and is looking to break through with an efficient performance to get them into a rhythm for the start of the postseason. They will definitely have a chance to regain their rhythm as they host one of the worst teams in the league in the San Jose Sharks.
One player who can get the Oilers really in this game is center Leon Draisaitl, who hasn’t been productive in the last two losses. Before the losses, he accounted for two points in two of the three games played. Draisaitl also had a solid end to March.
The Sharks possess the worst scoring defense in the league as they allow an average of 3.9 goals per game. Draisaitl has accounted for 104 total points this season which is the seventh-highest in the NHL.
