NBA Player Props May 12

The NBA's Friday schedule features two critical Game 6 matchups. With elimination and progression on the line, we've found the most intriguing player props on the night!

The Miami Heat can eliminate the New York Knicks in Game 6 on their home court. Gabe Vincent has been starting for the Heat, impacting them from the tip. However, Kyle Lowry has played the bulk of Miami's minutes at point guard despite coming off the bench.

The Golden State Warriors want to force a Game 7 when they face the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 6. Dennis Schroder has been essential for the Lakers off the bench this series, particularly in the scoring department. And for the Warriors, Andrew Wiggins has shown his playmaking ability suits his team's pace perfectly.

Gabe Vincent has been a solid contributor for the Miami Heat, and while his play minutes have been inconsistent, he's been greatly valued. At Caesars Sportsbook, Vincent is a +116 to collect fewer than 1.5 rebounds when he faces the New York Knicks in Game 6 of their Eastern Conference Semi-Final series. He is not much of a contributor on the glass, but this bet looks overvalued based on his best rebounding performance of the series.

On the season, Vincent has averaged 9.4 points, 2.5 assists, and 2.1 rebounds on 40.2% from the field and 33.4% from three-point range. Against the New York Knicks this playoffs, Vincent has averaged 11.0 points, 4.6 assists, and 1.6 rebounds on 31.0% from the field and 27.8% from three. His most recent game saw him produce six points, four rebounds, and four assists on 30.0% from the floor.

Vincent has been a decent rebounder for his role through the regular season, clearing 1.5 rebounds in 41 of his 68 appearances. Through the post-season, Vincent has fallen short of two rebounds in five of his ten games. Vincent has been productive, but in this series, he's been outmatched on the glass - expect him to hit the under in Game 6.

Kyle Lowry has seen his role expand through this series with the New York Knicks, and he's rewarded the Miami Heat for their faith in him. At Caesars Sportsbook, Lowry is a +100 to clear 4.5 assists when he faces the New York Knicks in Game 6 of their Eastern Conference Second-Round series. Expect Lowry to fully engage in their offense after his worst shooting game of the series.

On the season, Lowry averaged 11.2 points, 5.1 assists, and 4.1 rebounds on 40.4% from the field and 34.5% from three-point range. Against the Knicks this playoff, Lowry has averaged 12.4 points, 5.0 assists, and 3.6 rebounds on 40.4% from the field and 34.6% from the three-point range. In his most recent game, Lowry contributed nine points, five assists, and one rebound on 27.3% from the field and 25.0% from three.

In 55 regular season appearances, Lowry cleared 4.5 assists 28 times. Against the New York Knicks, Lowry has contributed five or more assists in three of their five games. With the opportunity to eliminate the Knicks while on his home court, Kyle Lowry projects to take control of the Heat offense as New York is desperate to steal a victory.

Dennis Schroder isn't the first player you think of when you consider the Los Angles Lakers, but his contributions have been vital to the Lakers' success. At PointsBet, Schroder is a +100 to clear 10.5 points when he faces the Golden State Warriors in an elimination Game 6. Given his regular impact off the bench, expect Schroder to make a difference with the chance to move on to the next round.

Through the regular season, Schroder averaged 12.6 points, 4.5 assists, and 2.5 rebounds on 41.5% from the field and 32.9% from three-point range. In his series against the Warriors, Schroder has averaged 11.8 points, 2.6 assists, and 2.0 rebounds on 47.6% from the field and 33.3% from deep. In the Lakers' Game 5 loss, Schroder posted 14 points, four assists, and two rebounds on 54.5% from the field and 40.0% from three.

Schroder cleared 10.5 points in 37 of his 66 regular season appearances. He's only scored 11 or more points four times in the playoffs, but three occurred against the Golden State Warriors. Schroder has thrived against the Warriors' aggressive, offensive pace, so expect him to maintain his production.

Andrew Wiggins Assists Over 2.5 (+110) @ PointsBet

Andrew Wiggins may not be known for his playmaking ability, but his all-around contributions have been underrated, given his scoring output. At PointsBet, Wiggins is a +110 to clear 2.5 assists when he faces the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 6 of his Western Conference Semi-Final series. Given the pace of play that the Warriors set, expect Wiggins to maintain his passing numbers in an elimination game.

On the season, Wiggins has averaged 17.1 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.3 assists on 47.3% from the field and 39.6% from three-point range. In five games against the Lakers, Wiggins has averaged 16.8 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 2.8 assists on 47.7% from the floor and 37.5% from deep. Wiggins had his best performance of the series in Game 5, posting 25 points, seven rebounds, and five assists on 55.6% from the field and 40.0% from deep.

With elimination on the line and a newfound confidence in their offense, Wiggins' passing production doesn't project to drop off. Wiggins has cleared 2.5 assists in 14 of his 37 regular season appearances. Against the Lakers, Wiggins collected three or more assists in three of his five games.
