The Sixers are on the second-leg of a back-to-back when they face the Bucks. It’ll be a difficult matchup between two teams that are shorthanded in key areas. With Antetokounmpo as the “last man standing” the Bucks should take the victory.

The Milwaukee Bucks are coming off of a loss to the Washington Wizards. Despite an incredibly versatile defensive team last season, the Bucks couldn’t catch up with the Wizard’s scoring pace.
The Bucks allowed their opponents to shoot 50.6% from the field and 40.7% from three-point range. They may have won the rebounding battle, but Milwaukee couldn’t get their own shooting going on the night, shooting just 27.8% from deep on the evening.
Milwaukee may get some reprieve when they face the Sixers, as they’ll be missing their most fearsome offensive threats. But it’s not time to be complacent. Antetokounmpo can carry most of the load, but if the Bucks can contest Philly’s shooters it’ll be another notch in the loss column.

With so many key players unavailable due to injury, all eyes shift to Jrue Holiday to play Robin to Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Batman.
In his last game, a loss to the Wizards, Holiday posted 14 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists in 29 minutes of play. Unfortunately, Holiday shot just 6 of 16 from the field and 2 of 7 from three-point range.
With three key players on the injury list, the Bucks need Holiday to be more of a threat on the offensive end of the court. With teams collapsing on Antetokounmpo in the paint, Holiday needs to hit his open shots.
Between Embiid, Harris, and Green the Sixers are missing around 56 points per game. Seth Curry is going to take the lead, but Doc Rivers will be looking for new players to rely on – at least on offence.
Shake Milton, Tyrese Maxey, and Furkan Korkmaz are the first names up when it comes to solving their scoring issues. The three combine for just over 38 points per game on average, and all three are capable of scoring at the rim or from range.
Considering the Sixers are missing their key offensive threats on both the perimeter and in the paint, it’ll be a tough night for them. But they certainly have players capable of filling the gaps.

As the Philadelphia 76ers suffer through a true injury hell to begin the season, Doc Rivers will continue to lean on Seth Curry to carry the Sixers.
Curry is averaging a career-high 17.1 points per game on 60% shooting from the field. While their offence is predicated on ball movement for open threes, Curry will still be looked at as the leader on the court.
Through his first ten games, Curry has played a bigger role than ever before in his career. It’ll have to continue, as he now leads a team of upstart youngsters against the reigning NBA Champions.
