Our Picks:

J. Embiid Points Over 32.5 (-115)

Joel Embiid showed his dominance when he faced the Atlanta Hawks in Game 2. He scored 40 points on 13 of 25 from the field. The Sixers are focusing on challenging the Hawks at the rim and they were successful in Game 2. With his aggressiveness and willingness to get to the line, 16 free throw attempts in Game 2, Embiid should clear 32.5.

B. Simmons Assists Under 7.5 (-110)

Ben Simmons’ main priority in Game 2 was on the defensive side of the ball, something that isn’t likely to change in Game 2. With the focus on feeding Embiid in the post, Simmons is less frequently pushing the pace and collecting assists. While he’ll likely have a good game, the higher usage of Embiid makes it unlikely for Simmons to clear 7.5 assists.

C. Capela Rebounds Under 11.5 (-125)

The Sixers are focusing on getting Embiid going in one-on-one situations in the low-post, making Capela the primary defender. In the individual matchup, it’s less likely that Capela will be in prime rebounding position. That’s not to say he’ll perform poorly, but clearing 11.5 is unlikely considering his last two performances of 10 and 8 rebounds per game.

Phoenix Suns at Denver Nuggets (Game 3)

The Phoenix Suns enter this game off the back of two impressive showings to lead the Denver Nuggets 2-0 in the series.Take a look at Phoenix Suns vs Denver Nuggets game preview!

Our Picks:

D. Booker PTS+ASTS+REBS Under 37.5 (-120)

Devin Booker is a scoring extraordinaire. But with the way that the Suns are playing, he’s enforcing a more egalitarian style of offence. With a more balanced and playmaking approach to the offence, Booker is much isn’t as likely to clear a lofty 37.5.

N. Jokic Rebounds Over 11.5 (+100)

As the Denver Nuggets’ key player Jokic will certainly have excellent production across the board. He hasn’t disappointed in the rebounding column either, averaging 10.6 per game over the course of the playoffs. Coming off of a 13 rebound game, Jokic seems to be making a more concentrated effort to get on the glass as the Nuggets struggle.

M. Porter Points Under 18.5 (-110)

Michael Porter is experiencing his fair share of growing pains this post-season, but he he’s certainly put on a number of excellent performances. He’s averaging just 17.4 per game this playoffs, struggling in his two games against the Suns. While he’s likely to improve, his struggles shooting the ball aren’t expected to get much better with Phoenix’s fantastic defence.
