The Saints are 7-8 and going up against the division-leading Buccaneers, who are 8-7. A win for the Saints here could turn the tide of this lowly division.
Here, though, we’re focusing on the best player props.
Let’s dive in.
In Week 16, Carr put up 319 passing yards, three touchdowns, and an interception on the road against the Rams. While his three starts before that were all 226 yards or less, we like him to hit at least 242 here.
The Buccaneers are small favorites here, but we’ve also seen what this Buccaneers offense has been able to accomplish lately through the air.
As such, Carr will face a Buccaneers defense that allows well over 280 passing yards per game, and he has two excellent weapons in Chris Olave and Alvin Kamara, with Rashid Shaheed as the deep-ball man.
Carr has topped this line just six times this season and also had just 127 yards against the Buccaneers in Week 4 at home, but now, with more time with the offense, expect Carr to hit the over here in what could end up being a bit of a shootout despite the 42.5-point total.
We’re not saying White is anything near Christian McCaffrey, but he’s been playing quite well as a dual-threat running back, catching and rushing. He had 873 rushing yards and six scores, and through the air, has 56 catches for 507 yards and three scores.
Here, we’re looking at his receiving yards. The Saints allow just under 22 receiving yards per game to opposing running backs, but White has topped this line in each of his last four games. In that span, it’s not like he needed a lot of catches to get it, either, as he had two receptions in two of those games.
White is a focal point of this offense, and he’ll get plenty of opportunities in the passing game to act as an extension of the rushing attack. He had 22 in Week 4 against the Saints, and he’ll top it again here.

It’s not really ever a great idea to take an Any Time TD prop with “-” odds, but White has been red-hot lately, scoring in four straight games.
As mentioned, he’s a focal point of the offense after Mike Evans, and his consistency in target touches and now touchdowns shows that.
The Saints allow over 95 rushing yards per game to opposing running backs and have allowed eight touchdowns to the position this year.
White has seen well over 20 touches per game in the last four weeks, too, so his usage will almost always equate to success.
